I am a single mom of 4 kids. i don’t have ANY extra money as it is, but for sure cant afford the cost of replacing 4 tires because i woke up to mine being slashed! I had exactly 98 pennies and 2 nickles and a air tank that let my air out no sooner than i pumped it into it. I was very devastating, I was hopeless, and was in tears by the time I walked in and begged for Mr Dwanes assistance and told him all 4 of my tires were slashed… He said Honey, this is going to be ALRIGHT… we cant let the devil in! I am going to help get you fixed up!!! AND… just like that, he did… I was feeling like Rambo as I, myself removed the tires and took them to him for repair/replace and he did in fact put me 4 used tires on my car. NO charge… Mr Dwayne didn’t hesitate to help me, no questions asked, he didn’t know me, and he didn’t owe me anything… He shows compassion and cares for everyone he meets. When he talks to you, he truly is interested and really does care for his customers and that in my eyes makes for a WONDERFUL business and I pray that he is blessed for his kind, and unselfish act of kindness he showed me and my children. Well something happened that never had happened before Mr. Dwayne owner called me to discuss my prior transaction. He wanted to make his customer happy, he cares very much for this town we live in and doing what he thought was right for the customer. I now know he has been in business for 35 years and did a very noble and caring thing-He refunded me the difference of my phone approved quote and my final payment. Shocking right??? He also offered me a free oil change for my next service. I am so happy and renewed in this and am glad I am able to amend this review. The service was never an issue and was the type of service everyone wants to receive. This business is still gleaming clean on the inside and out. A young man greeted me when I came in today with a smile and thank you. I think this speaks volumes for the integrity of this owner and his family. What I learned from this is I should have talked with him from the beginning!
