I give this place 5 stars one for each letter in the name of the saleswoman who helped me, A-​M-​B-​E-​R. She truly stepped up to the plate and walked me through the features of my new phone.
The store was very crowded to start with. There was lots of people throughout the store trying out different phones, she patiently assisted me and answered my questions. She was knowledgeable, personable, and few customers came in to specifically see her about their phones. She knew their names right off the bat too, impressive. She was able to troubleshoot problems, answer questions about phones, and still manage in the midst of multitasking to make me feel like a valued customer. Now that’s what customer service is all about.
PROS:

— Very friendly and helpful staff.
