Went back on a Friday night at 6. What a letdown. Seemed like a party where families were all in back. Nobody even acknowledged me. Saw others walking out. Finally did the same after 10 min. Maybe they were closed… but said they were open til 8?
Not sure who manages the store, but I had 2 GREAT experiences there and then this one. Hope someone fixes this.

19 bucks and she was «done» in 4 minutes and gave me the stink eye when I asked to fade better. Also did did not touch up the lower neck hair that guys have. This place needs a lesson on customer service.

I have been going here to get my hair cut for about 15 months now. The people are very nice, but the haircuts are fast, not very polished, and sloppy. I’ve tried all their stylists. They all cut the same way. Moving on to another place. Save yourself the 15 months.

I have been going here for years and after trying a few other places, I have always come back. I love the atmosphere, and the MVP treatment is a must. The manager here is AMAZING.
