I closed an account with a fair amount of money in it because of this location and the continued poor service. Jo Ann the manager is incompetent and should not be managing anything let alone a bank branch. This staff at this location is poorly trained and have no customer service skills. The staff is argumentative and treats customers terrible. They act put out that showed up to put in their bank. I had a problem with a teller who said she couldn’t my check, then she said she had to cash it first and then deposit it. She was rude and disrespectful when the manager approached they said to close account. So I went across the street to Chase bank where I received great service since. Every time at this bb&t location I see them fighting with customers, they don’t like taking deposits of any kind. AVOID THIS LOCATION
