Sue is an exceptional human being who truly cares about her clients. We had a house full of stuff after my father passed away and had no idea where to begin to start paring down to zero, so that my mom could get on with life. Caring Transitions is very cost-​minded and they work to get you the best deals when it comes to having junk hauled out. They were fair with their agreement, particularly when considering the scope of the project.
They held auctions for higher valued items-​to draw interest and help get fairer pricing. They were fully staffed and kept on target with respect to timeline– no small feat when given the sheer amount of volume they had to deal with. I came down with shingles and was out of commission for some time. Sue carried on as usual and handled everything so efficiently that I didn’t need to micromanage everything. I felt that I could trust her and that she had my mom’s best interest in mind. It is without question that I recommend this branch of Caring Transitions. They donated items that remained and left the house clean and neat. Unbelievable. Thanks so much!

My husband and I are recent empty-​nesters and are in the process of downsizing and moving to Chicago. They were amazing, worked hard and were respectful of our home and possessions. They marketed our estate sale, organized our things, and ran an efficient sale. Our neighbors said the Caring Transitions staff were in complete control of everyone in our home at all times and took great care to keep our home clean and without any damage. We came home the day after the sale and were delighted to find most of the items sold, and the unsold items neatly organized and ready to take to a charity. They even cleaned up our house.
