I love this place! Their salads are the best! It’s a little pricey, but seeing that you don’t have to tip, it’s worth it! Cozy spot in Hingham. The fireplace is wonderful!

This was my 2nd time at this Panera location. The food was delicious(I got a turkey chili & some alfredo pasta). Quick, reasonably priced food. I also like the location a lot. There are stores around(Old Navy, Talbots outlet, Trader Joe’s) and the parking is very easy. –1 star because the place was packed. We had to wait for an available table. Also, the tables are very close to each other.

Service is terrible, insanely rude woman at the register. She literally rolled her eyes at my husband while he was deciding what to order. Food is good but definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

Their food is pretty tasty, I love the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo. Their sweets are delicious and are even better with their coffee, which is also very tasty. The staff here is very polite and location is great. However, they get four stars because the seating areas are not frequently cleaned. When I went here with some friends(party of four), there wasn’t a single unoccupied table that was clean. There were crumbs on the tables and seats, if not some spills. As I said, everything else was great, but as a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to come in and clean my seat and table before sitting. All in all, good place, great location, great food/sweets/coffee, polite staff, but infrequently cleaned seating area. I would still recommend this place, but I hope this review brings some attention to the cleanliness of the seating area.

The food here is so-so. Chicken has an odd taste in chicken Caesar salad. Good chicken soup but very salty. I would recommend this place once in a while if you’re really hungry while out and about. Staff tries hard to please but there is nothing great about the food.

A miracle just happened. I was starving after a long work day and didn’t think the restaurant would close at 9, or maybe I wasn’t thinking about it. I walked in and they were closing but as I was about to turn on my car the manager knocked on my window and asked what I wanted… Mac n cheese of course… so he «sees what he has» and comes back with a fresh bowl of Mac and a bread bowl to go! Nothing like a good save to the end of a tiresome day. Thanks!!!

I was there earlier today I was surprised by the level of service I got and the quality of sandwich. It was much better them the Quincy and Derby st. Hingham locations I visit. I also liked the outdoor patio although it was to cold out today to sit there.

Zero quality control. I was so looking forward to my takeout dinner tonight. the Turkey Avocado sandwich was missing the Avocado. the cup Soup and a full order couscous shrimp Salad had no bread. This seems to be an ongoing problem at Panera

I come to this location often since it is near my office. Service can be very slow, especially in the morning. The food is always on par with the rest of their chains. The seating area has a lot of tables, almost making it too crowded during the peak hours. There is also outdoor seating during the nice months.

This is a nice Panera! I love the cute fireplace in the center of the dining area. They even brought out our hot chocolates to us. Great staff at this spot. I will come back again when I am shopping in Hingham. Delicous hot chocolates and oatmeal cookies mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Clean, quick service, nice location, outside seating. Ceaser salad is great, Greek Salad is good as well. I also enjoy their coffee

Good food. Nice and spacious. Same as most Paneras on food quality. Service is quick and friendly. There are several entrances on different sides so you can access it from the shops or from the parking lots. The restrooms are clean and even the men’s room has a changing pad for children.

This Panera Bread is the FIRST one I’ve been to although I pass by one quite often in the Greater Toronto Area. I went here for a purpose and that purpose was met as I was using Wi-Fi all night until closing time while enjoying a cup of Latte. The Latte($ 2.99) wasn’t spectacular but was memorable as I took a server’s Latte virginity while I watched her create her FIRST Latte. It was A-OK and with the free internet access it made my night more fulfilled as I sat on a bench spot against a wall in the middle of the room. I watched a family enjoy their meal like royalty on a long table as the Mother sat at one end of the table while the Father took the other end and their child sat in the middle. Its long enough of a table that you can hear each other but you’ll have to be a pretty good CURLER to curl your salt or pepper towards the other end of the table. I agree that there’s only limited booth seating and that the Food ordering area is a bit confusing similar to a cafeteria, however I love the dining atmosphere and setting. The lighting was MOODY enough for someone to quiet enjoy their meal, do some reading, or surf the web on the Wi-Fi. I noticed an ENCLOSED outdoor patio that is facing the road traffic but has a wall barrier that blocks that view and noise off. I got an Apple Muffin($ 1.85) prior to leaving the restaurant and the Muffin probably sat all day but was still pretty good not being a rock imitation.

eh, its still working out some kinks. My husband worked at a Panera when he was in college, so he has certain expectations. They just opened recently, and you can tell. It was a little disappointing that there weren’t as many booths as I’m used to seeing in a Panera. We stopped in for lunch on a sunny Saturday and the manager rang us up. And he rang up the wrong sandwich for my husband. the kids in the kitchen seemed to be scrambling a little bit, but there was one adult back there who took good care of us when we realized the mistake. The iced green tea is a must, and the new cuban chicken sandwich was delicious. We’ll be back because the food is consistently good, but I hope they get it together over time.

Opening day at the new Panera in the Hingham Shipyard: the sun is shining, the samples plentiful, the waitstaff attentive, and the food delicious. This location is much like the many other Paneras out there. You know what to expect and you know it’s going to be good. There is a good sized outdoor seating area, which is a huge plus for those lovely days on the South Shore. It also stays open until 10:00 pm, a plus if you want something in addition the usual lunch visits.
