Food is awesome and worth the trip. Service is a whole other story. I watched as the woman who prepared my food wiped the sweat from her forehead with her gloved hands multiple times as she made my sandwich. But at least she was pleasant. The manager was abrupt and rude, as if the customers were nothing but a bother to her. I waited over 10 minutes after receiving my food just to pay — almost walked out. Will not be returning.

I come here almost every morning before work, absolutely love their bagels & breakfast sandwiches. Same prices as Dunkin donuts and way better taste — I tell everyone to come here

Open early with fresh bagels. I was heading down to the cape on business and HAD to get my fix in. Thank the breakfast gods that they were open early (5:30) and everything was good to go. Solid place and well worth the detour

I knew something was up when I saw the parking lot completely empty. I was «welcome» by a lady who clearly has no human skills. After trying to light up the mood, I started ordering and the lady just stared at me in a weird way, like she was bothered to see me there. It took her a bit to reply to my order telling me with an attitude that it was extra because the sandwich only came with 1 meat. I told her I understood by the sign that said «Add for extra» and that was exactly what I wanted to order. She proceeded to do my order while chatting with the other lady that works there. I went to eat at home even though I was starving because I felt very uncomfortable by the rude service. Bagel was not bad but I will definitely not come back to this place ever. First time I have a rude service at a restaurant before and hopefully my last.

THIS PLACE IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS. the only problem i have encountered with this the brat in the bak who drops wraps on the ground! that menace will lead to the down fall of the bagel enterprise. however randelini bagelini breathes life into my sullen lungs. cool.

I love that they constantly have fresh warm bagels in here in the morning. Service is friendly and the prices are good as well. They have different types of cream cheese to choose from. And they also do lunch sandwiches as well on their bagels.
