Chris Kane and one of his company’s designers, Elise, produced an appealing design for our new home/​property and made it a reality. B&K takes great pride in their work and goes the full mile to complete it; while being reasonable with price. Chris is active in the process from beginning to end, will make corrections before anyone has a chance to bring them up and will get it right!
In a short period of time, our lawn has become one of the better looking, fuller lawns in the surrounding area. The outside of our new, custom home is one of its best features!
I have been so impressed with B&K that I am using them for my routine fertilizer work and applications.

I am in my second season of using B&K for my routine lawn fertilzer work. The price I pay for them to do it for me is about the same as it would cost for me to do it myself. But, using them means I get the work done when it is supposed to be done. This past spring I had a significant reduction in weeds on my lawn compared to last year. I know it is a multi-​step process to eliminate (well, reduce) weeds but whatever fertilizer B&K uses has been much more effectvie than what I used when I did it myself or the stuff my previous lawn compnay used.
The guy who is assigned to my house has remained consistent since I hired them in 2013. He seems to treat my lawn as if it was his so I get clear instructions on how to cut, water and stay off the lawn (if it needs to be) every time he is out to my house. I actually apologized to him last time because we are in a water ban and my lawn is browning due to lack of water. He explained ways of trying to reduce buring out grass which seems to be working a bit.
I also recently used them to do all of the landscaping around my pool. This was the last step in the build process. I dealt with Chris who is one of the owners. Chris provided us with a design and ideas on various plants that would be low maintenance. He is very flexible and will work with you within your budget. He also is a no crap kind of guy so if an idea doesn;t make sense, he will not sell it.
Once they started, it took about about 3 days to complete and we love the way it came out. Top notch professional in every way. They will be coming back in the early fall to do a second job for me which is to fix all of the outside area of my pool that got damaged during the pool install.
Price wise they are not the cheapest place out there for general landscaping. HOWEVER… this is a great example of you get what you pay for. They do the job within your budget, in a timely manner and they do the job right. I have complete faith that the work they did will result in a beautiful landcaped pool area for years to come.
