Hotel clerk recommended this place. I was disappointed. Ordered the fish and chips which were very average fries and a single very large piece of cod. Portion was adequate, but had to use a knife and fork. Was very greasy breaking and the fish not even close to flaky. Service was horrible. Never came back to fill my iced tea. Fifteen minutes after clearing away my plate I had still not received my tab.

Came here with our 4 kids because we had a coupon from Spinnakers resorts. Kids had the typical cheeseburger, hot dog, and chicken tenders. They all enjoyed them. None were crazy about the fries, which were steak fries, but DH and I loved them. The two adults ordered Fish and chips and the cottage pie and we each ate half. Loved both. We typically frequent Irish pub eateries and have been to Ireland. So we know what we enjoy! Fish was fresh and had a hint of cinnamon, served on newsprint which I thought was a cute touch. Even the tartar sauce and Coke slaw were tasty. Cottage pie was very hot, if a little on the salty side. We each had a mixed drink that was well mixed. Service was quick and to the point. Would definitely recommend and come again if we are back on the island.

Every year when we come to Hilton Head on vacation we eat at Reilly’s on Monday night so that my wife can take advantage of their Monday night $ 12.95 whole lobster special. We got here about 20 minutes early for our reservation but they seated us very quickly. It was crowded– lots of locals taking advantage of the lobster special. While my wife got the lobster I opted for the BBQ ribs. We shared a potato skin appetizer. The food was great and was delivered to our table hot. The portion size was adequate. The only negative was that our waiter wasn’t very attentive. The waitress taking care of the other tables near ours was always visible and checking on her customers. We just happened to get a mediocre waiter. Otherwise it was a great meal.

We were told to go here by the hotel front desk. Night #1: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, YUM!, Broiled Seafood Platter and Kobe Burger. Leprechaun Pie! All were excellent. Of course, had to come back. Night #2: Broiled Seafood Platter and Ribs. Yes, we are gluttons!

My husband had the low country pasta and it was excellent. Full of flavor and lots of shrimp. I had the crusted salmon. Didn’t seem fresh at all. The potatoes were not real and the salutes spinach tasted old. Overall a good experience but the food review mixed.

I must take my hat off to our server. Her name is Lynn and she was awesome. The food was great and her meal suggestions were on point. I would definitely revisit Reilley’s again!

Apparently, reservations are required on Monday. Unilocal ad didn’t state this fact. Hostess was condescending when we asked to be seated. If you don’t want out of town people in your restaurant then don’t post on Unilocal

We had a very unpleasant experience here. I ordered a patty melt. I stressed that I wanted it well done, with absolutely no pink. When it arrived it was red inside. I would call it medium rare. I told the waitress and she returned it to the kitchen. A few minutes later she returned with the same sandwich, which now looked ver greasy and«flattened». I refused the sandwich, as it had obviously been reheated in some fashion. Several minutes later, a woman, who was later identified as an owner, approached us and explained that it is their policy to recook Patty melts as opposed to replacing them. She wasn’t very friendly. In this conversation, I asked, just how do you recook a patty melt. She demonstrated, through gestures, that they open it up and place it back on the grill. I asked, what do you do with the melted cheese and onions, on both sides. She said, they grill that too. We have lived here for 14 years. We will never go back there again! By the way, they also got my side wrong, fries instead of the onion rings, I had ordered.

I’m not one to give negative feedback, but I think constructive criticism is good if they take notice. So, we came back to my GF Sunday’s Place where she likes her Mimosas. She LOVES the Mimosas. Says, «They’re fabulous!» She’s never been a fan of the food and service. The service was fine. No problem. We sat outside and enjoyed the afternoon while drinking Mimosas and watching golf on TV. Awesome. Yeah, we had our dog with us too. Awesome. The food: We had the crab cake Benedict. They were OK. Not bad. We also ordered a side of English Muffin — Horrible. They were hard and … Just not an English muffin. None of them. So, in short, we had a good visit. Don’t come for a meal where your expectations are high. You’ll be disappointed. Do give them a shot. My experience was pretty good otherwise.

The entire staff needs to die in a fire. I have never been in the presence of so many uncouth, ill behaving, paid individuals in my life. I am embarrassed for them, the owners, and whoever hired them. The manager needs to be crucified for allowing his staff to behave in a manner that gives this particular location such a bad name. There’s a total of 10 people in here at lunch on a Sunday. Every single member of the waitstaff has taken turns snuggling up to this one table of apparently a man with autism(or perhaps still drunk from last night) and his companion who is apparently part bear. When I come somewhere to eat, I would like for my server to have been fed, cleaned, and dressed prior to my arrival. I do not wish to view my server, who did not tell us her name and it looks like she hasn’t washed her hair in a week, masticate hash browns while complaining that her coffee hasn’t kicked in at 11am. Every patron in this establishment has an assigned table that they have earned the right to lay claim to based on their regularity of their visits. I feel like an intruder. I could continue but I think the bartender is still doing his job so I will resist. Do not eat here. I will probably end up with dysentery or salmonella poisoning and die before I can publish this review.

The restaurant was clean with a nice décor. The prices were quite reasonable compared to similar establishments we encountered on the island. Our waiter was prompt and courteous with a friendly demeanor. Our daughters ordered kids burgers while my wife got the blue cheese burger. I got the Blarney burger with fries. The kids burgers were large burgers and cooked to order — not a menu after though of poor quality. The burgers were excellent! All four of us agreed the burgers were some of the best tasting burgers we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely return to Reilley’s on our next trip.

Reilley’s was great, our waitress Linn, made it a wonderful experience. She was incredibly attentive, funny, and friendly. The actual restaurant, I found to be very clean and nicely decorated. We were immediately sat for dinner on a Saturday night. There was college football playing on the TV’s and therefore my husband was happy. As for the food, it was delicious. I had the shrimp rolled in bacon(OMG!!!) with vegetables and cheesy risotto. Delicious!!! Overall, everyone had a great time. Would love to come back when I’m in the area again.

Came with a group of 9 for dinner. Service was lousy — soup came with the main dish, plates were not cleared. Soup, burger and ribs were too salty. Disappointing.

Something for everyone! We took our 4 kids during happy hour for the half priced apps and we’re not disappointed. We sat outside and the only downside was the smoking customers eating outside. It felt like a full on smoking section. Fish tacos were great and kids loved the shrimp basket!

Don’t get the chicken Alfredo way too expensive for 2 slivers of chicken and half a bowl of pasta.

Place is spacious, clean, and nicely lit. Friendly staff was embarrassed to realize that the All You Can Eat Crab Legs deal they advertise as their specialty for everyday of the week was stopped a year ago and was not offered anymore! The food is offered at reasonable prices and were OK. The«Maggie’s Chili Soup» was awesome. We all had it with the warm bread they brought. It was like an appetizer. The special crab/lobster stuffed flounder I had was very good. However, I couldn’t say the same thing for the baby back ribs my son had. He said he had better! My daughter’s fish and chips was also nothing special; fine but not enough to come back to it! Finally, my wife’s Boston Cod was good also but again nothing to come back for. Summing up, it was a very nice experience overall but the food quality will not be remembered after we leave the restaurant.

I drove my family of five from CT to Hilton Head two weeks ago. After nearly 16 hours on the road, we were tried and hungry. It was also just after 9pm and we need someplace close and open. Reilley’s fit the bill. We were very happy that the kitchen was still serving dinner, and we were seated in the dining room, where there were still a few late diners enjoying a meal. We started with fried mozzarella, a family favorite. While the sauce wasn’t our favorite, the cheese tasted very fresh and the coating was perfectly crisped. I had a sirloin steak salad. The steak was generous, cooked perfectly to medium rare, paired with an iceberg salad under fresh-made blue cheese dressing and delicious blue cheese crumbles. Around the table we had a chicken pot pie which had a light pastry topping and traditional filling; fish-and-chips which tasted very fresh and not greasy!; a burger. My 10-year-old ordered the pasta(penne) alfredo which was probably the best of the bunch. While this was offered on the kids’ menu, the portion was much easily suitable for an adult. The sauce was outrageously good, and we took turns dipping French fries in the sauce after she had finished the pasta.(With help from the rest of us.) All the portions were extremely generous, and there wasn’t a disappointing dish in the bunch. On a side note, hailing from CT, we were surprised to see pictures of the Red Sox and the famous photo of Bobby Orr flying through the air after scoring the OT Stanley Cup winning goal in 1970. It turns out that our server was the owner’s daughter, and he hailed from the Boston area. We felt very much at home while we there. Although we never returned to Reilley’s during our HH vacation, it remained one of our best meals in the area. When we go back to HH in the future, we’ll be sure to visit Reilley’s again!

What started out to be one of the worst dining experience ever turned out to be one of the best. We got caught in a trade off between servers, and half of our order went missing. With that being said the food was fabulous. In fact, the owner made up for the mistakes that were made. Their customer service is great! We will be back.

Nice place to eat during the day, and the food was made pretty quick. I got the Buffalo Wrap and it was decent. Nothing more to say, other than even though it looks dark from the outside it’s a decent place to eat.
