Wonderful retro place to stop, get a scoop of your favorite ice cream and remember life at a slower pace. The kids behind the counter did wonderful job serving a very large and impatient crowd. I say you should slow down and smell the flavors, don’t bring your stress on vacation.

This place has as many bad attitudes as flavors. The kids working the counter are rude and disorganized. Frankly, the place is disgustingly dirty, which is definitely a turn off when attempting to eat ice cream. Their a/c and refrigeration must also be off because the kids got melted goods. Gross. All around. And charging the $.50 to use credit cards is just a jerk move.

Good service and good ice cream. LOTS of choices for ice cream flavors. Prices were better than some other local places.

Great ice cream! Tons of options, and the low fat/no sugar added selection is really good.

We sought refuge here from the intense heat during our trip to HHI, and even though I am lactose intolerant, I still let the kid in me come out and play when my eyes sees 92 flavors of ice cream. I love sampling all the different flavors! And with 92 to pick from, I went down the whole display counter trying everything that caught my eye. There isn’t a line because everyone is also trying out the different flavors too, but the staff was accommodating and didn’t make a big deal over all the«can I try this?» questions. In fact, most of the samples were pretty large portions(some of mine were so large that they barely fit onto the small spoon). We ended up with the apple pie ice cream(which I tried my best to devour until I got sick). We paid with cash, so I can’t comment on the extra 50 cent charge for debit/credit card purchases. I will say that the parlor could have been a bit cleaner, but I think that a crowd had just left and another crowd walking in so staff didn’t really have time to clean. Also, the bathroom is around several corners; just follow the sign.

This ice cream parlor does not care about their patrons allergies to certain foods. An ice cream I ordered listed all of the ingredients except peanut butter. Unfortunately I was unable to avoid an allergic reaction. If the proper ingredients were noted I would not have order that flavor. On another note, the service was good and they had a wide variety of flavors.

The Frozen Moo has a great selection of delicious ice creams and sherbets. My wife got the Oreo Mint Chocolate Chip in a waffle cone and loved it. I ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel, it had frozen peanut butter and chocolate covered pretzels. It was awesome. My son got a kids scoop of Cookie Monster, which is Oreos and cookie dough in blue vanilla ice cream. He loved it and destroyed himself doing so. Lesson learned was get lots napkins and stain remover. My only problem with the Frozen Moo was waiting to get my ice cream for my family took a while because there is no line or order. But there were a lot of people in there trying to get ice cream so it’s kind of understood.

Had this place like 4 times while we visited Hilton head. I had to have it for dessert every night. The butterscotch bomb was amazing and I was hooked with the first try. Doesn’t have good air conditioning but people are friendly and cow moos often.

Overpriced and charge 50 cents for debit card or credit card. Go to the other ice cream shop in Cologne for just as good ice cream

The best part about this place is the HUGE selection of flavors and the staff being very courteous and attentive. The scoops are a good size, too, the single being more than enough for even me. Thumbs down for the cleanliness though.

Best place on the island to get ice cream. Over 90 flavors, all top quality ice cream. Can be very busy though, so plan to visit early!

Holy choices! 92 flavors, it literally takes my kids 10 minutes to decide. They loved trying the different flavors and the staff was patient with them. The ice cream is good and a single technically has two scoops in it. The single ice cream(2 scoops) in a cup was about $ 3.60 or so. I didn’t think that was too over priced. However, my daughter got a shake and a small(16oz) was nearly $ 7.00! Overall… Ok ice cream and slightly over priced.

Good ice cream but very overpriced — $ 6.50 for a double dip in a bowl — two bowls came to $ 13 and then they charge you 50 cents to swipe a debit/credit card which If ice cream was a bit more reasonable wouldn’t seem so bad — I would pass

The good: lots of flavors and the ice cream is yummy. They make a banana cream pie flavor-it’s so damn good. The bad; The prices are crazy-spent almost $ 15 for two people on ice cream in a cup. The ugly; they really need to work on customer service. The servers(all 3 of them) were rude and disinterested.

Best coconut flavor I have ever had in my life. We went there at least twice a day during our vacation… Peach and stellar coffee were quite decent as well. Bring cash or you get charged 50 cents extra for using credit cards.

Loves their ice cream, I think is away better than cold stone ice cream or DQ. I had bear claw, black cherry, chocolate raspberry truffle. It was marvelous ;)

we tried to go to this place THREE nights in a row! they close early during off season(march) Once we finally got to try this place, the guys working here were really nice and helped us all pick out flavors, we got one scoop of ice cream but they were able to do half a scoop of one flavor and a half scoop of another flavor. I ended up getting two different coffee flavors, both were really good! there are a lot of options! make sure you take your time and try something new! one scoop is definitely enough for one person!
