I have nothing but good things to say about The Computer Store. I’ve been a customer for over ten years and they have consistently given honest and fast service. The staff are all friendly and they go out of their way to provide the best service possible with very reasonable charges.
Over the years they have built an XP machine and my current Windows 7 machine. The quality of workmanship has been superb. My current Windows 7 desktop has been the computer that I’ve always dreamed of having. It has run flawlessly since the day I got it.
Their followup customer service has always been the best. They stand behind every product that they sell and service. Any questions that I’ve had have been answered quickly and with the knowledge needed. What a pleasant experience!

My friend brought her netbook in for viruses and a broken keyboard. They wanted too much money to fix the simple problems. When she reclaimed it, none of the keyboard retaining screws were in place. They claimed that there was «no way» they could have lost them, despite being the only technicians who worked on it.

Biggest ripoff in town. What began as a $ 37 charge for virus removal turned into a $ 120 fiasco. The laptop was only $ 300 to begin with, had to pay them the $ 120 or they wouldn’t give it back. Not to mention my OS was screwed up when they gave it back.
I should’ve just had someone at UHH look at it.
Also, especially beware if you’re a young female. The fat dude and older Asian guy will leer at you in a creepy/​pervy manner.
And I might as well mention the carpet looks like the place was either the scene of a mass homicide of the domicile of about 20 feral dogs.
