I am writing this because they must have paid to remove my previous review. I visited this office for a yearly check up and was above perfect blood pressure by 5 points. The doctor explained that I needed to get on Meds immediately. I said, maybe I should try to exercise once and a while and stop drinking every night. He replied that exercise never helps??? I then asked if the meds, once started, must be taken for life. He responded «It’s only one pill a day.» I was so mad the doctor had no intention of helping me. I had no idea he was just another pill pusher. And people wonder why bullitt county has a pill problem. I would highly recommend another doctor first if your health is a priority. I hope this review helps others or changes his outlook.

All of Dr. Arla’s associates are nice, good beside manner. His daughter is the best, she really takes her time with you and is friendly, but her hours there are sporadic. His son, Arla Jr. also works there and he’s great too. Be prepared to wait a LONG time both in the waiting room and in the back, they are always overbooked.

The interior is nice and the staff is friendly. Be aware that phones and food are NOT allowed.
