Towed my cat from scene of collision. Wouldn’t let my Allstate agent look at the car. Had to get it moved somewhere else so the adjuster could just see it. Tow drivers nice, office people are jerks.

2 hours late bringing my fathers work van to his auto mechanics shop. Wouldn’t take my father’s company credit card number over the phone. I had a picture of the card and my dad was willing to call Powers and give # over the phone. Beth was the lady we were dealing with over the phone and she was being very rude and unwilling to help. I had to go to an ATM across the street and get the cash. Only reason I rated it 2* instead of 1* is the Tow Truck driver was a real cool dude and felt bad for the way Beth was treating her customers

I had a very pleasant experience with Powers towing. My car broke down in subzero temperatures while I had my 80 pound dog with me on the tollway. They were there to tow me within 20 minutes of calling and even helped to lift my dog in and out of the truck so he didn’t have to ride in the cold car without me. They we organized and it was easy to communicate with them.

These idiots towed my car from a collision site awaiting for instructions on which repair shop I was going to use for my insurance. They mixed up my car with another and towed it to another business and left it in their parking lot for 3 days. I get a call from the state police asking me why my car has been abandoned, to which I say, WTF are you talking about. I then have to get it towed back to them and ultimately to the repairshop. This isn’t that complicated, cars have license plates and VINs. You might want to hire people that can read.
