The pharmacy staff conducted very minimal effort to ensure that patients felt welcome. Granted, I know how busy it can get during this time of year. However, this is how you lose patients to competitors. I was too sick to drive to my pharmacy, so I walked to this store being that it was so close to home. None of my information was updated after I told them to change it (address and phone number were 3 years old!) I will be returning to Walgreens.
