I used to go to this salon all the time and thought they had the best pedicures around. Today was not a good day– apparently they have had a lot of turnover. The woman who was doing my nails filed them in such a way as there was a noticeable dip in every nail and some were just plain slanted. I have been getting my nails done for 40 years and this was a first for me. She began speaking in Spainish to another manicurist about how difficult I was being and I cautioned her about what she was saying because I understood what she was saying. I left the salon without getting my nails finished but paid for it with the gift certificate I had. Needless to say things have changed and not for the better.

I’ve avoided reviewing this place for so long because I seriously don’t like being a jerk on here, but I’d give them negative stars if I could. today was my last time giving this place a chance. It’s currently 3 pm and they either close at what, 5 or 7 on Saturday? I just walked in, and the woman at the front(owners wife I think) asked if I had an appointment, to which I replied, «no». she gave me this look and asked again, «ohh, no appointment?» she looked down at her husband who was working on someone and w/o so much as hesitating or looking my way he says, «NO», probably loud enough for the whole place to hear. the woman laughed at me awkwardly as if he were joking, and she asked, «would you like to come back tomorrow?». NO, like are you kidding me? youre open for ATLEAST another 2, if not 4 hours. why do you even bother having«walk-ins welcome» plastered on your front window? they have given me attitude every single time that I’ve come here as a walk-in. even if you make an appointment here. heaven forbid youre a minute late, or want to wait a few minutes so you can sit with youre friend, ohhhh the attitude you will receive. I came here for my sister-in-laws wedding two years ago. we had appointments for 5 girls at like 11 am on a Friday. place was empty. 3 of us were early, and I refused to go inside while waiting for the other 2 girls in the bridal party to arrive. the owner kept poking his head outside asking what time our appointments were for, insisting we wait inside, but I knew as soon as we stepped foot in there he wouldve made us sit in the pedi chairs and get started, without the bride to be. they werent even really friendly that day. its a damn bridal party getting ready for a wedding, maybe you could cheer up a little bit? that’s not why they’re getting 1 star, but it doesnt really help their case. the pedicures & manicures are decent, but they’re overpriced and you don’t really get anything special for that extra money, aside from the parafin wax but meh. I’ve had it with this place, that rude excuse of an owner and their garbage customer service. BYEFELICIA.

It’s a fine salon, but very basic service for a high price. Pedicures are $ 30 but they don’t do razor or Abby other really effective treatment for rough feet. If you have naturally smooth feet(right), they’d be great. Hot stones, nice massage, but not particularly effective.

My mother lives about half a mile from this salon so the convenience of this place is the first plus for her. She has never had any issues with this place. They are consistent and have never turned her or I away even when we have walked in and not made an appointment. The owners are always friendly and prompt. The pedicure is good as long as there is not a big line waiting for pedicures. I would go on an off hour so they can take their time and so you can enjoy the full experience. A pedi + mani is about 32 dollars which is average for the area. I do not know what it is, but NJ seems to provide less bang for your bucks when it comes to nail salons. I was recently in Atlanta and for a mani + pedi which is $ 30 you get a glass of wine, warming pads on your hands, and a full sea salt scrub. All this for only the basic package. There was also TVs playing HGTV everywhere so you were entertained the whole time instead of just having to read a magazine. Therefore, CC definitely delivers for the area but if they want to step up their game they should provide some extra add ons like they do in other states. Some of the girls are super nice but some seem like they would rather be anywhere else. Your service definitely depends on which girl you get. They also offer other services such as back massages. I once had one and it was pretty good for a nail salon. They also have other services such as eyebrow waxes and other typical salon services. Location and convenience make this place worth it.

Rude staff. If you don’t speak Spanish don’t bother going to this place. Took my daughter and 2 friends to celebrate her birthday last night 9÷26÷2014, what it was supposed to be a fun night turned into a bad experience for my daughter and her friends. The staff were speaking Spanish the whole time, talking unkind things about my daughter and her friends(about their toes, about the color they picked), little they knew my daughter’s friend understood everything they were saying because she also speaks Spanish. They also broke my daughters friend toe in half, I started to wonder if they even have their license to be doing this. If they don’t speak English how would they have passed the NJ test? Pricey place too. Told the owner will never go back there!!!
