I love this apartment community. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Any maintenance issues are typically handled same day and you can even request repairs online. You can pay rent online as well (including setting up an auto pay).
The only down sides: Its in Hillsboro (my heart is in Portland), pet rent per pet & high pet deposit per pet (I feel it should be one or the other), no gym.
