Starbucks

Love it. Opened at 5 am and was clean and friendly like I expected. Also made my drink so yummy. Bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly and happy

20 minutes for 2 drinks; I kid you not… Hillsboro. Keep driving, there is one in Waco and you know there are plenty once you hit DFW. These employees do not want to be bothered with you.

Horrible customer service, yet hey are way over staffed! …the employees seem to not like their job. They also call out the drink exactly like it was ordered and how the label reads but yet when you get it it is wrong! You ask them to fix it and they act like its your fault!

This Starbucks is way over staffed, and all I ordered was a Grande joy tea and it took them over 10 minutes to give it to me. Mean while they were giving everyone else their orders. I finally just had to ask if my tea had even been made yet. She quickly told one of the other baristas to make my tea, and that took another 3 minutes. Ridiculous service. I’ve been to multiple Starbucks that have about 3 baristas and everyone’s orders are flowing smoothly. Will NOT come back here.

Great location! I’ll never wait in line for 20 minutes at the Waco Starbucks again. Instead, I’ll be driving to this location in Hillsboro! Friendly staff, nice clean coffee shop and no waiting for restrooms and drinks. I loved it!

If you’re traveling, don’t stop here. There’s plenty of others along 35 you can stop at, this one was insanely busy and just did not have their stuff together. All i ordered was a grande coffee with room for cream and it took over 10 minutes. They put out several complicated orders before mine too. Super frustrating!

I only stop here because it is close to the freeway on my way to and from Dallas. I’ve been to this location about 7 times, and each time the entire place is dirty, from the restrooms to the counter tops. The staff has also been rude and they take their time coming to the counter to take my order. They seem too busy talking with each other. Maybe it doesn’t help they seem over staffed here. The only reason they have two stars is because they get my order right.

We always stop by this Starbucks on the way to Austin. Almost no wait in line. (Compared to the one in Waco.) Courteous and friendly baristas. Clean restroom.

This is a pretty large location inside. The people working here were really nice and made sure we liked our drinks.

Despite how busy they are, they are still attentive and quick with their service! The restrooms are relatively clean but could be better. The people are friendly and they give out iced waters without a fuss. The minus two stars is due to the restroom cleanliness. You can’t blame me for that, right? We all go to Starbucks for a quick potty break as well as refreshments!

So… This is what I call a truck stop Starbucks… Lots of traffic, busy, very convenient, but certainly not a relaxing location…
This Starbucks has a serious advantage worth mentioning… It shares a building with a Shipley Donuts.
Additionally, the staff was very polite and quite willing to add additional ice to my quad grande espresso when asked…
Pro Tip: If you’re headed north on 35W stop here as they are the last good coffee before you get north of Fort Worth…
