Pizza Hut

If negative stars was an option, this place would get it. I understand that ¹²⁄₂₃ is a busy night for any pizza place… we called with a simple order = two medium pizzas (on special) and a 2 liter of Pepsi. The girl who took my order was kind enough and notified us that it would be at least 80 minutes for a deliver… 2 hours later I call the location and the girl who answered the phone (who I could barely understand but was not overly nasty to me) apologized and said that my order was out for delivery. We waited another 20 minutes and finally our order arrived; cold pizza, warm pop. I called back to speak to a Manager and was routed to a call center in Pittsburgh. The supervisor gave me a $ 17 credit towards my next order and apologized for the inconvenience.
We ordered pan pizza which is our favorite because it is usually buttery and delicious. There was no butter on the crust and it was just awful. I would like more consistency from Pizza Hut branches; regardless if they are busy or overwhelmed. Be honest and tell customers that the wait is over 2 hours, don’t overload your drivers so they deliver crappy pizzas and make them to Corporate’s expectations!

Pizza took 2 hours to get here, and when it did it was cold. Next time I’ll just go to little Ceasar’s.

I ordered a cheese pizza to be delivered today. The arrival time was an hour and a half from the time that I ordered which was okay. However the delivery guy was 55 minutes late, and didn’t even apologize. The pizza was cold. My boyfriend and I are strict vegetarians so when I lifted the slices to microwave them I discovered a large piece of sausage. I am very disgusted with my experience and would advise people not to order delivery with them.

Super slow. Estimated 45 min to be delivered. 60 mins later we still do not have our order. The store says they cannot check unless it’s delayed more than 45 min pass the estimated delivery time.

I just had the worst customer service ever at here at this establishment. In fact, I have never written to any company So, I ordered a large pizza through their online services and was given a time frame of 45 mins for my order. Okay, that’s a little log in comparison to competitors but I’m okay with that. After an hour wait, I called and was rudely told that I couldn’t cancel my order because that would be wasting food and hung up on, after I called back she said if I wanted it faster I shouldn’t do the online format and call In. Like what good does that do me now??? Once again blaming the customer for the lack of service. This employee’s name is Jessica. I literally called back again and spoke to a manager??? And was given real no apologies and not quiet sure if I will get refunded. I assume I wont be charged but was never told on the phone she just said okay I’ll cancel the order. So here’s hoping when I go to my bank tomorrow I hope there is no charge. I don’t think I will ever eat at any of these places again which is a shame because before I came to this one I had great experiences. I hope corporate does something about this. I am just utterly shocked and appalled by the overwhelmingly terrible service and customer service. Just wow.

I used to order Pizza Hut all the time back home in Washington. So this is my first time at this location. Food was great, however, the service just is horrible. I walked in to pick up my order, I made eye contact with one of the servers, I smiled since she was on the phone, and she ignored me. So I didn’t say anything and I waited. After a few minutes, I see someone working in the back and they finally see me and helped ring me up. He told me my order will be ready in a few minutes. I sit down in the waiting area and started looking around and there was NO ONE else in the restaurant, this was around 6pm, the normal dinner time. So I started wondering, is it because of their service?
Then two guys came in and the first server greeted these two and helped them immediately. Within 30 seconds they had their pizza and they were out the door. I pre-​ordered my pizza at 11am to be ready at 6pm and my order wasn’t ready. I doubt the two guys who came in placed their order before me.
Honestly, I’m not sure if I wan’t to go back, I LOVE Pizza Hut’s cheesy bites, but even then I still don’t want to deal with this kind of service. I normally tip even if I pickup my order, but this time I was just unhappy with how they treated me, so I left nothing.

Excellent service. Talked to some guy named Jose last night around 11:45 pm, he was very helpful and understanding. Will be ordering pizza again from them. On time and really good wings and pasta. Delivery girls also very friendly. I do recommend this Pizza Hut

LATE! LATE! LATE! (Every single time I have ordered about 4 times now.) How hard is it to commit to your delivery time?! & how hard is it to bring me a fresh decent looking pizza?! I HATE everything about this Pizza Hut, including the service. Late pizza = no tip! get it together seriously.

Wanted to try something different. So, gave P.H. another try.
Big mistake.
Negatives:
1. Pizza crust is flavorless, like cardboard. Uncooked in some areas.
2. 2-​liters are over priced.
3. Bread sticks stiff and bland.
4. Where’s the sauce, you know, marinara? Ranch and hot sauce are the only two options.
5. Young children answering the phone with absolutely no customer service or listening skills.
6. Onions on pizza when no onions ordered.
7. Pasta was cold.
8. Felt ill shortly after eating.
Positives:
1. Ordered arrived fast.
2. Order was accurate.
Won’t be ordering, or eating here, again.

If you like getting your pizza over an hour after you ordered it, this is the place for you. Lord help you if you actually have to talk to someone there. They always act like it’s a super inconvenience to have to take your order. I called once to ask if I could substitute the regular sauce with their new sweet honey bbq sauce and the woman there got all up on me saying, «i don;t understand your question, we have honey bbq sauce but never heard of sweet honey bbq sauce». I pointed out that I was staring at the exact wording on their website and she said, «I still don’t understand your question». For goodness sake, if the word «sweet» is going to throw a monkey wrench into your whole ordering process, you might want to learn more about your products or get a high school kid to take your orders since I’m sure they are not as jaded by the world that they could give two craps about their job.
So…other than the late deliveries and having to worry that the the person making your pizza knows what pizza is… I would say go with this place. Think of it as in adventure!

This Pizza Hut finally has good management running the place.
Had not had it in years until last week. Our pizza was awesome and fresh. I pass by this location a lot and there seems to be a lot of business there.

Delivery is always late, not just a few minutes, no more like 20 or more. Sometimes the food isn’t even hot, and don’t expect them to bring cheese or peppers.

This place rocks! Now that’s under new management! It’s way cleaner and staff is super nice! Manager is very friendly:)

Ordered my pizza and 45 minutes AFTER its delivery time, the driver decides to show up. Not sure I understand the math behind this, but it’s a bit infuriating.

I’ve ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut twice. It is what it is, and I like what it is!
I like the simplicity of their online ordering, and I feel like I get a good deal. The delivery guys are always friendly and punctual, and the food tastes good. I love me some pizza, and I’m not too picky. It was warm, cheesy, and just what I had ordered. Good enough for me!

OMG. This place SUCKS. I know, I know… it’s Pizza Hut, but seriously. My husband and I had an insane day doing home renovations and don’t have a working kitchen, so we took a chance. I dont remember it being THAT bad. Plus it was COLD upon delivery. Seriously a disgusting experience.
