Living Well Institute for Skin and Laser

Looking good gets harder as I get older. Having the tools and partners is the key to making it easier. Living Well is my partner! and they have the right tools. I have been using them for 6 months and am very pleased. I have tried both IPL/​Intense Light Treatment and cosmetic injectables and love the results. Also love the staff (experienced, professional, and great recommendations for treatment). I am hooked!

5 stars well deserved! I have had excellent experiences here time and time again. The two ladies who do my procedures always ensure that I’m satisfied, which I always am. I have tried other places in the Beaverton Portland area and Living Well is beyond superior.
The front desk staff is professional, kind and confidential. I always receive follow up calls to ensure I’m well and happy with my results. Plus, they have monthly specials and deals for referrals and new patients. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I went to this place for help with a venous lake on my lower lip. I got a couple zaps with their Cutera laser (XLp?) and three weeks later, the venous lake is MUCH less visible. I’m very grateful the treatment seems to have worked. Going back for a follow-​up and may get a second zapping if necessary. I’m very happy I found a non-​surgical option for treating a venous lake on my lip. Based outside of Portland, Oregon.

They added a fancy new laser (XLV?) a few months ago and said they could take care of a small black spot on my lower lip they referred to as a «venous lake» I’ve had for years. Took two small zaps a month apart and now it is completely gone.

I used a living social voucher to have LED facial at this place. My aesthetician was Jasmine. She was very knowledgable and explained me all the steps she would take during the process. She also gave me a massage on my forehead which was very rejuvenating. I highly recommend this place.

I have been to other medical spas before but LivingWell is in my opinion the best place to go for a trust worthy staff, top of the line machinery, comfort, and super awesome results!
I don’t remember how I found LivingWell but for sure it must of been a stroke of luck! I go here for their red light therapy and for their 10 min laser facial. Since I started I have never got so many compliments on the condition of my skin and overall texture. Best of all I love the staff here. Not only are they a great model of their own products which by the way they are all so beautiful!!! They are so welcoming and nice to work with! It’s scary trusting places with wellbeing of your face especially when their using laser on your face so imagine how nervous I was the very first time! But guarantee the girls made me feel so at ease and relaxedthank you livingWell for taking great care of me! I so appreciate your great kindness and wonderful experiences I get to enjoy!

I had a facial, waxing, dermapen, LED light treatment, and some microdermabrasion over the course of a few months. Every time I went there, the staff was so nice and friendly. They recognized me and I never had to wait too long for my treatment. They love striking up a conversation if you get bored, and they keep you informed on the procedures, and answer any questions you have.
The facials are divine! So relaxing, and you feel rejuvenated afterwards. They massage your face and shoulders, use warm towels, and the products smell heavenly. I definitely recommend the facials for anyone who needs a good time or to just unwind.
The waxing was great, and low-​priced. I had waxing done over a few weeks before my wedding, and though it was initially uncomfortable, they always made sure to ask me how I was doing and if I needed a break. They’re very aware of their customers and will make you feel as comfortable as they can.
I had a combination of the dermapen (which treats scars, burns, wrinkles, acne, etc.) and the microdermabrasion (which exfoliates the skin and treats acne and small wrinkles). The microdermabrasion is a very painless treatment, and it feels like a cat’s tongue on your face. Afterwards, your skin feels smooth and refreshed! The dermapen is a bit more difficult to undergo, but the results are phenomenal. I was uncomfortable at first, but after I voiced my discomfort, they immediately tried a lower setting. They also make sure to put numbing cream on your face before the procedure in order for you to be more relaxed.
The LED light treatment, which helps heal scars and prevents acne, is a breeze. All you have to do is lay down under some lights with a pair of goggles for a half hour. During that time, you can nap, or think about your place in the universe. It’s very easy, and a good way to get away from it all. They provide a sound machine too, so you can listen to the ocean waves, or other relaxing sounds as your skin gets the star treatment.
ALL IN ALL, this is a great spa to go to! Excellent service, wonderful treatments, and I’ve never left unsatisfied. The only thing I’m hesitant about when I post this review is the spa getting more crowded! When you find a gem like this, you sort of want to keep it to yourself.

I went in for a photofacial today, my first time at this place. They have a $ 249 deal for the first photofacial with them and I have a bunch of sun damage and spots on my face. Michelle-​the gal that did it, knew her stuff for sure. very professional but nice and answered all my (many) questions. It was a little painful at first but I think I got used to it or something because it was fine by the end. She said it would take a little bit for the skin to clear but then there would be a big difference. The nice part was they called me the next day to check in on how I was doing. Great customer service.

I just adore this place! Not only are they great at what they do, but they are extremely accommodating, energetic and compassionate. I was on a tight budget my last visit, and the dr. worked with me to make sure I wasn’t adding any unnecessary costs, while still getting the job done.
Plus, Edna, the medical assistant, is so sweet, along with the rest of the staff, which is always a bonus! I’ve been commuting from deep Southeast Portland… But it’s definitely worth the drive!

Jasmine and Dr. Doser are clearly passionate about their work, and their clients. Their consultation was thorough and informational. Their first recommendation was a hydrating facial for aging skin. It was relaxing and professionally delivered. My face was happy! My next visit was a light chemical peel developed to treat rosacea. A series of four peels, I saw remarkable results after the first one! I can’t wait to see my skin after I’ve finished! Taking care of my skin, finding and using the correct products, and working together with the professionals at Living Well Medical Spa has been a delight.

I got a living social voucher for a facial. I was pleasantly surprise to see a very neat and inviting office but most importantly the customer service was exceptional.
The staff were very knowledgeable and very open to answer any question.
It is a business that shows their professionalism through quality care, excellent products and making sure the client/​patient leaves the office satisfied.

I will definitely be going back to Living Well Medical Spa! They were friendly and very knowledgeable. The initial consultation gave me a chance to decide what treatment would work best for my skin. This was a great opportunity to talk with very experienced trained professionals. While I was there I received a wonderful facial that left my face feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. I am anticipating my next visit!
