Grapevine Women’s Health & Gynecology

Dr. Jordan is outstanding! All three of my daughters and I see her. She is extremely easy to talk to and takes her time with each appointment-we’ve never felt hurried. I have a lot of faith in what Dr. Jordan has to offer!

I just had my first «well woman» appointment at Grapevine and am so pleased with my experience. The waiting room and office staff were welcoming and all my information was ready to go – I did not wait long before going into a patient room. I like that they have an online Patient Portal for me to fill out information at home ahead of time, or send notes to my doctor if I need to. I was seen by Dr. Rotberg and she spent a great deal of time with me, asking about all aspects of my health and medical history, getting to know me and my preferences in my healthcare, and making recommendations about my wellness. She had also looked at my records from my previous doctor to follow up about notes in my chart. Even with all this time Dr. Rotberg spent with me, I felt that I was in and out of this appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The office is also conveniently located (on Cornell in Orenco Station, near New Seasons) and making appointments online or on the phone is easy. I will definitely be coming back and making this my new gynecology office.

I have seen Doctor Jordan in the past and was very excited for her to go out on her own with Dr Rotberg. When I walked into the office it was pleasant, they had refreshments and a comfortable waiting area. The exam rooms are nice and an enjoyable experience overall. I trust their expertise and know they are all professionals that will have my best interest at heart.
This is all fantastic, but if you are anything like me one of the coolest parts was that I could fill in my info ahead of time in an online patient portal so I didn’t have to hand do a bunch of forms and when my test results arrived they came to me via e-​mail with a link to view them. How cool!!! I know they are there to ask questions if there were anything in the results to be concerned about, but if there isn’t I love that I could check it out while on a conference call and multitasking the rest of my life.
