Flies around the tables, the ketchup dispenser, the fountain, on the Windows.
Wonder about in the kitchen with the open drive thru window.

Ok we order and the cashier says pull up your food will be out soon no big deal but there’s not a soul around the place but us and them anyway she comes out to the truck and says I am sorry but we just ran out of gravy. Like what fast food place runs out of gravy. Anyway to make a long story short we left after it took forever to get our money back went to Burger King after that .

Have stopped at this DQ 3 times in the last 2 weeks and they have been out of waffle cones all 3 times! Someone might need a class in inventory control.

My grandson was soooo excited to go to a Dairy Queen! So on the way back from Lake Whitney State Park we stopped at the Dairy Queen in Hillsboro, TX. Well from the get go on ordering at the drive thru. Finally thought the order taker got it right after correcting this guy 3 times. Then when our order was ready — the same person forgot the free dilly bar on the kids meal, then we drove off, realizing the server forgot the drink for the kids meal so had to turn around to go back to get it. Then realized that no sauce that we did order for his steak strips were not in the bag plus my order was wrong — got a Dude combo meal but there was steak strip basket. NEVER again!

We have visited this location on multiple occasions when we travel to Dallas. We consistently continue to receive great service and the food quality has met our expectation each and every time. The soda always has the perfect degree of carbonation and the condiment station is always stocked. The burgers here are absolutely delicious. The patties are always juicy and the cheese has that nice melt that sticks to the wrapper. Fries are always cooked slightly golden with crisp edges having a tender interior. Very nice store to visit.

This was the cleanest DQ we have ever been in. The food & service was above 5 star. The customer service was incredible. Can’t say enough about that. If we lived in the area, we would be regulars. DQ in Hillsboro, TX is a very clean, well run restaurant. The staff is friendly, always wanting to help, and they spend their «down time» cleaning the nooks & crannies. The food was just as we ordered, even with the picky details that makes our «usual» order. Everything was fresh, even the salad, which was a nice change for a fast food restaurant. The taste was great, and you could tell it was made for us, not waiting under a heat lamp. This is the cleanest DQ I’ve ever visited. The only l thing I could ask for is WiFi, but overall it was a great experience.
