I keep going back here because they have the Versa Spa and nobody else has it for the price they do, but I have to say that I really hate that I support these guys. Their customer service is just awful. The same girl that checks me in never smiles, always looks mad, never says ‘thanks’ or anything iike that. They have been out of towels for years and the last two weeks the spray booth has been broken. You know how annoying it is to get undressed, re-dress, wait for them to tell you it’s still broken after you called ahead of time to see if it’s been fixed or not? Ugh! I could put up all of this if the employees were warmer, but they’re just rude and snobby.

WHEREDOWEBEGIN??? Can I please give this place zero stars? The customer service here is HORRIFIC. It is indescribable. The management/employees think it’s a clever sales tactic to make customers feel like they are in dire need of their spa services. «Are you sure you don’t want laser hair removal? You could REALLY use it. You should seriously consider our version of liposuction…» WOW. What did you just say to me??? Who talks to customers this way? This place is a joke.

I have a VERY expensive tanning package at Club Tan that I do not use as frequently as I should, considering what I’m paying. Why do I not just go and use it more often then? Well, because… I HATEGOINGTOCLUBTAN. First and foremost, they do not understand the fact that they are in the customer service industry. It is clear from the moment you step inside, they have absolutely NO concept of what customer service even means. And second, while they’ve made it LOOK like a professionally run business, there is nothing professional about it. The girls they hire are snooty and careless, and very poorly trained. Not a single person has greeted me on my way in or out, in the 7 months I’ve had my package. And when I walk up to the front desk to check in, they act like I’m either interrupting them from the superficial conversation they’re having amongst each other, or as if I’m just flat out bothering them. But that’s only if anyone is actually working at the front desk. Now it wouldn’t be fair if I said these girls are the sole reason that any trace of customer service is performing a disappearing act. This obviously falls in the laps of the owners(whatever kind of «business people» they are), and the management they have in place. Don’t let the pretty façade fool you — these people have no idea how to run a respectable business. It’s wayyy over priced and NOT worth it. Oh, and if you forget your tanning goggles, don’t even bother asking if they have spares for clients to borrow. They want to charge you an arm and a leg to use their beds, but they can’t loan you a pair of goggles that probably cost them less than a dollar to purchase. TWOTHUMBSWAYDOWNFORCLUBTAN.
