Not the finest fence we’ve ever had built — but relatively inexpensive. Cedar boards are thicker than usual, which is nice. A few crooked posts and defective boards, however. They didn’t nail any of the brackets… the section by the gate came out of the bracket and started sagging/wobbling. Had to clean up all their cigarette butts and dropped nails. The communication was horrible. They set all the posts in one day, then we didn’t hear from or see them for at least 3 – 4 weeks. After it was completed, it took months and persistent nagging to get them back out here to finish the brackets and gate section and replace a few boards.

I have owed these guys a Unilocal update for a long time. There was a bit of settling with the concreted posts which made the fence separate and the gate sag. There was a mis-communication and phone tag but finally got a hold of Ruben Ocampo who came out with Hugo Ramirez and did a great job! So much so I’m Unilocaling! they accommodated every detail requested and they were pleasant and I’m so glad I hired them!
