Got my son’s birthday cake from here. Luis did a fantastic job in making a perfect cake fir the«farm» theme. I loved his work and recommended this place for many people. The came was not very sweet, which was one of the reasons why people loved it.

We came here to order a cake for our daughter’s first birthday party, before leaving we also picked up some of their tres leches cake to take home. It was so good! It was soft, moist and not overly sweet like a lot of people make it. My daughter’s birthday party was ladybug themed, unfortunately they didn’t have any ladybug cakes in their book. That didn’t stop them, however, the cake was all red with black dots and looked great! Even better, it tasted delicious! We ordered a simple vanilla cake with peaches and nuts. All of the adult guests in the party commented on how good it was and how nice it was to find a cake that, again, wasn’t overly sweet. Good thing we ordered a much bigger cake than we actually needed! Being from Colombia, it was nice finding a bakery that makes cakes that taste so much like the cakes back home. Will definitely be coming here for more!

I never even thought«mexican bread» was appetizing and I worked right next to a panaderia. After I went here, I found out what conchas and other traditional breadstuffs were supposed to taste like and a whole new world opened up! The staff are super friendly and do amazing work. Go in the morning and get fresh provisions :)

Went in one afternoon to try their milhoja(aka Napoleon) it was flakey and custard not too sweet. I’m more of a fan of the fruit filled variety. Tried a few more one morning. I don’t think they had anything fresh out of oven yet so it was meh… Concha: It was ok, standard. Gonna go back and try more.

At laaaaast… [to the sound of Etta James] I have found a QUALITY Mexican Bakery. Most bakeries use water and shorting. These bakery gods use real ingredients like butter and milk. Where do I begin with all they have to offer… bakery heaven for the die hard Mexican little piece of heaven in your mouth. They offer different types of bread like conchas, borrachitos, bolillo, galletas, pan de queso, empanadas, all the way to professional birthday and wedding cakes that you order or try by the slice. It’s never the same as they vary the types of bread and cake they set out daily. Did I mention if you walk in on the right day you can experience yummilicious flan too. Okay, so far so good, trying not to drool… On with the cakes! In their cake repertoire my top two faves in no specific order TRESLECHESCAKEWITHCOCONUT/PINEAPPLE FILLINGANDPASTELIMPOSIBLE [three milks cake that is moist not too sweet and imposible chocolate cake on the bottom and flan on the top]. Talk about killa D-sert. Other cake fillings include mocha, strawberry, mango, and banana. Personnel at this bakery are warm, nice, and helpful; so feel free to ask as you navigate through all the possibilities. As far as cost, I believe they charge a fair price for a great product. Not shortcuts here. Caught in a pinch, forgot your girlfriend’s birthday? Give them a couple hours and they can whip up a cake for you as well. This bakery has been serving for a year now and are tucked in the corner of a little strip mall where you will also find Santoyo’s Taqueria, and beauty suppy CosmoProf. A year has been long enough to be hidden from Unilocal!A true gem indeed.
