Thank you for the help installing the replacement evaporative cooler for our house. That is definitely not a project I should have tackled myself. After watching you and your crew do the install, I’m glad I didn’t attempt it. Your team presented themselves professionally, kept me informed of the progress, and ensured that the cooler worked properly.
In addition, you identified an issue with the electrical wiring in our house that posed a hidden fire hazard. Without you finding that, and the subsequent repairs, there could have been a fire at any moment started by the improper wiring.
Even though it seems minor, the electronic cooler control you installed has provided the most convenience. In the past, we would turn on the cooler at night and forget to turn it off before bed. In some cases, we’d wake in the middle of the night to a very cold house. Now, it is self-​regulated by the new controls. We set a desired temperature and the cooler adjusts as needed.
Thank you again for taking on this small project. Even though it was small, you never gave the job lower priority than any other job, large or small.
