I love this place! We have been to Indulge Bistro and Wine Bar many times sitting both indoors and out on the wonderful patio. Their Groupon offering is one of the best ones out there, and we have used it several times. Can’t go wrong at Indulge. The restaurant size is just right, atmosphere is so pleasant and the food an wine are first rate. Can’t wait to go back!

Indulge Bistro and Wine Bar was always been the place to unwind and enjoy great company. The staffs knowledge and suggestion of wine offerings has been impressive. My guests have enjoyed the atmosphere and elegant surroundings, This has been a well loved neighborhood establishment that continues to meet our high expectations.

This is a great neighborhood restaurant. I love the roasted red pepper bisque and the homemade hummus is to die for. The happy hour is fantastic. Some of the best crab cakes I have ever had. The meatballs are great too. Nice atmosphere and great people.

Really loving our local wine bar here in Highlands Ranch — the food is really good, there’s a nice variety on the menu. Of course the wines are great and happy hour specials can’t be beat. But really, the main reason why we love this place so much is because of their people and staff. My husband and I are at our Backcountry bar nearly every Friday night. Sometimes we’re there for one drink, sometimes we bring our whole family. There isn’t a team who is more service oriented. It’s because of Tyler and Jaron who always make sure our drinks are filled, and food is hot. They help create a laid back, «great to be here on Friday night» atmosphere. They are attentive and spot on. We bring friends by and they make sure we’re all taken care of. They go the extra mile to bring other menu items up from the restaurant if we ask them to. If something isn’t perfect, they make sure to make things right. Having Indulge in Backcountry has been a real gem.

We first visited here many years ago, a late night for just my wife and myself, a few nibbles, some yummy drinks. Last night was a busy Friday night, and it was a different deal altogether. Food — we ordered a couple of starters, a flatbread, and a pair of desserts. The food was all quite noshable, but, honestly, nothing spectacular. The Korean BBQ wings were decently seasoned, the garlic shrimp were good(but the sauce and bread slices provided inadequate to the task), the Pie Rustico flatbread was nice, the crème brûlée nicely crusted, the chocolate cake good. Again, decent, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. Drink — This is where Indulge is supposed to shine, but only glimmered. The caipirinha was heavy on lime, light on cachaca and syrup; the bourbon side car was overshaken and thus watery. We did two wine flights, which were good but pricey compared to just getting glasses of wine; neither made me want to run out and buy a case of it from the liquor store. Service — Boisterous and competent. We waited a bit before dessert request were serviced, but it was busy. Ambiance — Loud. As in «listen to your neighbors who are chock-a-block with you, because conversing across the table is tough» loud. Overall — well, I’m not the young-dude-Friday-night kind of demographic they are likely looking for. It was not a bad experience by any means, but disappointingly not-really-good. We may be back again, but I’m not going to make specific plans around it.

The best thing about this place is that the menu offerings change pretty frequently, keeping its appeal fresh. I would classify this establishment as moderately upscale … you probably won’t feel super comfortable in shorts and flip-flops, but it’s not particularly fussy. The atmosphere is pretty refined without being pretentious. I mostly like the small plate options and there is a good selection of drinks(and desserts). This is a good place for a date night, and I’ve never felt rushed to relinquish my table.

My wife and I love this place! We met the owners, and they care so much about the customers! Their food just keeps getting more amazing, every time we come in. Very cool design, been to a couple of charity events and have always had a good time. My wife loves the wine!

This place has improved so much, I love it! I got the cheese plate a year ago and it was just ok, this past weekend it was amazing, incredibly beautiful and the perfect compliment to a great glass of wine. I also LOVED the Greek salad. There’s so much on this menu to love now AND they have a great lunch special I’m looking forward to trying during the week!

I’ve been meaning to write this for a few months but kept forgetting to do it. Shame on me! A friend and I went to Indulge Wine Bar and Bistro in June because they had an awesome deal on Groupon. We went on a weeknight and sat on the patio. The sun was shining and it was a gorgeous evening. The view isn’t bad; for Highlands Ranch it’s pretty good, but it’s pretty average if you’re hoping for something ‘stunning’. It’s suburbia, so keep your expectations on the scenery in check. You can see the mountains but hey, we’re in Colorado– it’s rare when we can’t, right? Regarding the Groupon– For $ 22.00 we were entitled to a bottle of wine and a small pizza. My friend and I took the advice of the waitress, who(correctly) told us that the pizza was probably not going to be enough food for 2 people to share and be full. We ordered food in addition to the Groupon; ceviche and a spicy artichoke dip along with our ‘Soprano’ pizza(which was part of the Groupon deal). Everything we ate was so delicious! I wasn’t expecting to love the ceviche but omg, it was incredible! On the advice of other Unilocalers we ordered cream brûlée to share for dessert, along with another(ok 2) bottles of wine. That cream brûlée was so heavenly it’s almost a crime!(Crime brûlée?) Service was really good– we didn’t experience any issues at all, even when we changed tables and moved inside half way through our meal-it was just too hot outside! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the portion sizes are much smaller than the price(outside of Groupon) but we finished EVERYSINGLEBITE and what the dishes lacked for in quantity was made up for in quality. We made a conscious decision to order items in addition to the Groupon(as conscious as one can be after that many bottles of wine in the heat) and I don’t regret it for a second… but the next time I go(and I do plan to go again– I really want to try one of the dinners, not just appetizers) I’m going to make sure to not get carried away.(To be fair, no one got carried, Über came for us!) All in all, excellent experience! The food was tasty, the wine was nice and the service was prompt, polite, friendly… and the servers know how to upsell very, very well! Just keep that in mind ;) And seriously, you’ve got to try the cream brûlée!

Delish! Service and food were excellent! My husband and I went out for a casual date night and we were not disappointed with Indulge. Great beer/wine selection as well as daily specials. Knowledgeable waitstaff.

Honestly my cold was so bad I couldn’t even taste the wine or the food. People seemed to be enjoying themselves here. Service was great. Place reminded me a lot of California which could either be a good or a bad thing depending on your taste.

This is such a nice place to have a nice dinner and crème brûlée. Such a nice atmosphere. Thanks for being in Highlands Ranch instead of downtown Denver.

The ambiance is comfortable. The Devore is beautiful. Where do I start… Our drinks were really good, our dinner was delicious. I ordered lemon chicken and the beau ordered the petite medallions. Very very tasty. It got busy very fast but I guess that is to be expected on a Friday night.

Went in tonight, as we were in the area and always wanted to try this place. In short, we didn’t stay. We were seated outside by a hostess in a section where others were seated also. We were greeted by a table attendant who brought us water. After 6 minutes of no one coming to take our drink order, the server and a table attendant brought out food to a table that had already ordered. The server walked right by us. We were not acknowledged. Two ladies sat behind us a couple of minutes later, and were greeted right away. The server who came out before introduced herself to them and proceeded to take their order. She again… Walked right by us. So… Maybe it was because I was wearing a tshirt, who knows. I didn’t think this place was super upscale as the bartenders also are wearing tshirts. This place is in a shopping center, not some posh building that was built specially for this location. What a shame. Not sure what the deal was. Over 10 minutes to not even get a drink order place is not excusable by any business.

REALLY really, slow service. They advertise a beautiful patio, but it’s a small, uncomfortable concrete porch next to a busy street. The food was good but over priced. Really disappointing.

Try their gluten-free flat-bread pizza! Hands down, this pizza crust will make you never go back to regular crust and you’ll never want to go anywhere else for pizza! It’s light, fluffy and pure yumminess! I love the John Wayne pizza, but seriously, all are out of this world! They have an incredible selection of wine at all price points, and a menu that will make your mouth water just reading it. The food is amazing. The service is great! Treat yourself to lunch or dinner!

I drank no wine. I had no appetizers/tapas.(I didn’t really notice that this was a tapas place, btw. It had quite a few full sized entrees and what seemed like a pretty normal number of appetizers??) I did have a giant well done burger which was freaking AMAZING. I got the Mushroom burger and subbed the swiss cheese for something else. The toppings the burger came with included really nice thick good quality pickles. Yum. My burger was huge, actually well done and STILL juicy and delicious. It was grilled and tasted very grilly. I would go here again for this alone. The fries were skinny fries like Steak n Shake and«so so» in my opinion. I’d try another side next time. My BF also loves their blueberry martini. They get an extra half star for customer service. One of the guests I was with was having a personal issue while we were visiting, coincidentally and we were treated really patiently and graciously by the waitstaff. Very grateful to that as it helped make an awkward situation go more smoothly. Note: No more mac n cheese.
