Horrible customer service, a older gentlemen that had white hair always has a attitude when I order something I took it a couple times as maybe he was having a bad day. But finally I had to sign up for Unilocal because this guy should not be working with people, extremely rude! First off he had gloves on and he was out of a meat that I wanted he went back to the freezer part open door with his gloves still on and went into the freezer came out used his gloves again to open the door the preceded to try to make my sandwich I asked him kindly if he would change his gloves and put new ones on he told me «no the door isn’t dirty». So I was just shocked I should of just left at that point but I decided to pick a different sandwich because they were out of different meat so the one I picked was a grilled sandwich, I then asked him again please change his gloves he was upset but did it anyway. He made it then as he wrapped it up I asked can you toast that like it says on your menu he said «no, I haven’t had time to turn on the toaster»… Really it was noon and he was so annoyed through the whole process and acted he could care less if he wanted business I told all my friends and family never to go here because I’m not giving my money to a place that’s so rude when I can go anywhere to get a sandwich!

With the mother-​in-​law coming into town for Thanksgiving I decided to take the easy way out and just pick up an oven roasted turkey breast — warm it, put it on a pretty platter and done! The staff was really friendly without being pushy which was much appreciated. I was able to get a coupon online for $ 3 off and by signing up for their email I was sent a coupon for a free ham sandwich — which my brother-​in-​law enjoyed — it looked tasty!

Grew up eating Honeybaked on the East Coast, am really happy that I ran into one out here. They’re large cuts of meat are the obvious attraction but they also have great deli sandwiches and a decent seating area to sit and enjoy them. Definitely more enjoyable than Subway.
