It just keeps getting worse, and worse. I really want to support the guy, and he genuinely seems nice, but he’s not running a charity. From what I can tell, he’s barely running an ice cream shop. I took the family there on Sunday near the end of the afternoon, where there were maybe five people(not five groups of people… five people) ahead of us and one car in the drive-thru, yet it still took nearly 15 minutes to get to the head of the line. Had it not been for how mean it seemed to take my kid to an ice cream shop only to get back in the car, we would have headed over to Dairy Queen. The guy was running around frantic, though there didn’t seem to be an obvious reason as to why. He was apologetic and explained that someone had called in sick, but before he took over, there would have been at least four or more people working on a weekend afternoon in the middle of June — so being down a person would have been annoying, but not the catastrophe he was making it out to be. Our orders were about as simple as could be: soft serve cone with sprinkles, chocolate malt, Butterfinger Blast. The cone was right, the chocolate malt was a cup 90% full of soft serve and a squirt of chocolate, and the Butterfinger Blast, while mildly orange, had nothing recognizable as candy. Everyone noticed something else: the ice cream was forming small ice pellets, and tasted like sweetener. The quality has gone down the drain, and the service is abysmal. Good job running the place in to the ground.

I can only review them on customer service because I was never served any ice cream. I went through the drive through, rang the bell and waited… and waited. I did not see anyone inside although there were cars in the parking lot and it was 12:30pm so they should have been open.

Not sure why everyone is so angry about this place. Been coming here for years and while the change of management made me questionable of the quality, it’s still just as good

I like how they support the community. When things are going on at the nearby high school, they know that they will get a crowd when the activity is over, and it’s nice to see the supportive messages for the high school students on the sign. However, their stuff is only all right. Nothing special or spectacular. No custard. Their service is not so great. I have been over-charged a couple of times. Their lines can be a bit long and slow at times. I had a potty-training toddler with me who NEEDED to go to the bathroom. We had been waiting in line for quite some time. I asked if they would allow her to use their bathroom, but they wouldn’t. I asked to talk to the manager, because I refused to believe that he could say no to a little girl doing the«I gotta go NOW» dance… and I was directed to the owner. Not only would he not allow my little one to use their restroom, he was rude. We left and went a quarter mile down the road to the Dairy Queen. Honestly… would it really have killed them to allow her to use their potty? That was a couple years ago, and we haven’t been back since. There is an awful lot of competition around, and they should treat their customers nicer. We used to go out of our way to patronize them, because they are a small, local business… but that only goes so far.
