I have been coming to this location to get my car service for over 5 years now, And I actually purchased my second new Suzuki vehicle from this location. I must say from the very 1st day of coming into this establishment, I have been treated very well. I have never had a bad moment or bad service done. If anything I have seen everyone go out of their way to make sure I left satisfied. From the owner, to the managers, to the sales people and service department has always made me feel at home. They are genuinely a caring company, and recently I went in to get my oil change etc. And I was joking with them saying my car needs a Good Ass Cleaning. When I got my truck back I swear it looked brand new. We all laugh so hard because he put exactly what I said on the receipt & it was the best cleaning my truck had in a long time. So it’s really about the relationship they establish with their customers. And I know I will always purchase my vehicles from them. I have a 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty on it. So I feel good knowing that if anything goes wrong they will take care of it right away. I got to say I would give them more stars if I could…

Will never try to deal with these people again! My dad was trying to find out how much a down payment on a car for me would be, if financed in his name. They had to keep hanging up and calling me back, three different times on top of asking for COMPLETELY unnecessary information such as his employer from over 6 years ago. It was a $ 5,000 and he makes $ 30 an hour, so it should have been no problem. After spending all this time, all of a sudden they started asking for my information. If it is going to be under my dad’s name, what do they need my information for? It was just extremely sketchy an they were very distasteful. If I could give them less than star, I would.

I went to this dealer to purchase a used vehicle. The salesman Joe was very helpful. He found a car that fit my needs exactly. I came in and test drove the car and was very pleased. So pleased that I sat down with the Finance guy Russell and went over the numbers with him. He told me that with my credit rating I could get the car at 1.9% financing and $X per month payments. They told me that the car had to be looked over by their service department because it just came onto their lot. I would be able to pick it up in 4 days. When I came back, Russell got me in his office and had me look over some documents, and as if he was trying to «slip it past me» told me that he ran my credit report again and there was a problem. I asked him what the problem was and he said that my credit rating had gone done. He then gave me a document and told me to sign it, I refused to sign anything until he told me what was going on. He explained how the credit report that he ran had expired so he ran another report. I have never heard of a credit report expiring. he never showed me the report either. He then told me that the 1.9% financing woudl be going up to 5.9% and the montly payment had gone up considerably as well. I refused to purchase the car under these circumstances. I found out later that they know about this problem 2 days earlier abut didn’t call me. When I made a stink about the finance rate, he walked out of the room and came back 10 seconds later and said that he would lower the rate to 5.4%. He was gong to cheat me out of a .5% point. If I was dumb enough to sign the paperwork, he would have never told me about the extra .5% he tacked on. BAITANDSWITCH. needless to say, I lost a great vehicle with low miles and now have to start the process of looking for a car all over again. The dealers that I had contacted won’t take my calls because I told them I had purchased a car and didn’t need their services any longer. I got the shaft.
