If you want Mickey Mouse work, this is the Roofer to call! First I had a leak above my kitchen (possibly a vent), when calling they said they could repair. I had also asked to have a few boards under eve (boards we’re warped) in front of house to be checked & quote me a price. 1^st the leak above kitchen was quoted at $ 275.00, the front Eve was quoted at $ 600.00. I gave approval to repair both areas. I actually live a bit away, so was not able to check work till the weekend. Where I found that I had paid $ 275 for the vent to just have silicone put around vent! As far as boards in front they did wrong boards! They replaced 2 approx. a 4′ & a 2′ board. Mind you I was charged $ 600 for this! After seeing this I contacted the office, which only could tell me she doesn’t deal with this, the owner would call me on Monday. I did get a call, which included nothing but excuses! I was told over & over he had a High overhead, & it cost $ 40 just in gas to get there.(house is in riverside, company is in Highland NOT that far) he informed me that he did just put silicone around the vent, he tried to tell me they spent 6 hours on boards in front! But I was told by my daughter (who lives there) that wasn’t true! He said I should have known for the price quoted, they weren’t going to tear things apart! Which I said YOU are SUPPOSED to be the expert, I am not a roofer! I was relying on him to do CORRECT REPAIRS! As I said DO NOT USE THIS ROOFER, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I am hopefully going to be able to attach pictures of $ 875.00 worth of Shitty work!
