Clean and lots of cardio machines, but be careful with your belongings: my jacket was stolen off the coat rack when there were very few people left late one night, the front desk employees didn’t see anything. Now I carry it with me when I exercise.

I quite enjoy Mike Arteaga’s Fitness Express. It’s two floors. The bottom floor includes the locker rooms and the weights(plus pool). The top floor has circuit training and various machines– treadmills, stair-climbers and such– all of which have TVs attached. There’s also a movie room, where you can watch a movie on the big screen while exercising. For me, the downside would be the cost. If you get one month(and don’t sign up for a year) it costs $ 35, and if you want the pool, which I really would have liked– it’s nearly twice as much, so I didn’t go for it and can’t tell you how it is. Another downside is that they don’t offer any fitness classes. That said, I’d still say this place deserves four stars because they keep it very clean and well maintained and the staff always greets you with a smile when you walk in. Thus far it’s done a good job meeting my needs.
