Contracted with them for a mail piece. The graphic designer was easy to work with but the owner, Pat, seemed to have little follow up ability and his customer service is awful. I was never told when exactly the piece went out; never received an actual hard copy of the piece; and to top it off, didn’t get a single call from it so I’m not even sure the piece went out as directed. In short, keep walking. I won’t use them again.

Allegra has given me some ups and some downs.
They’re pretty quick with customer service. They always seem to be on top of it, even when I request something last minute.
That said — what I pick up is not always what I ordered. One time, for example, they printed something much larger than I requested it, and I was charged for what they did print.
Also, they sometimes lose things or have claimed to have not received my email.
All in all, a good place. But — fair warning!

Terrible customer service. Poor print quality. Quick turn-​around not included.
I am a professional graphic designer, and I am recommending kinkos over this place if that tells you anything…
It has been almost 2 weeks waiting for an 18×24 print… No joke.
— Took 4 days for them to even start production
— No phone call to say it was ready
— Printed with huge line down the middle
— They ran my charge card before I even looked at my print (which is very poor etiquette)
