I used this company with the Nipsco ESP program. Positives : I was contacted right away to set up the initial visit for diagnosing the problem. The service tech arrived as scheduled on initial visit and called on his way as I had asked . The problem was diagnosed fairly quickly and the part was ordered . Negatives : They wouldn’t let me set up the return service call until after the part arrived.(it was suppose to take two days to arrive, which it did. So if we know when it would arrive why couldn’t I schedule ahead of time?) Which then meant that I had to wait an additional 4 days to have the appliance fixed . The service tech was going to be an hour early on the second visit(he called prior to his anticipated arrival), but I couldn’t be there then. I planned and scheduled my work day according to the time I was given by the company. I was told by the technician that if I couldn’t make it on his time frame(1 hr early) I would need to reschedule. My spouse ended up being able to leave work to get there in time before I could make it. when I arrived(45 minutes to 60 minutes later) he was still sitting in his truck in the driveway on his cell phone. He came in shortly there after and nonchalantly apologized and said he was on a personal phone call. REALLY ?!? So my spouse had to leave work early to get there for you to sit in the driveway for 45 min to an hour otherwise god knows how much longer we would have had to wait for our repair to be done. The service tech forgot to turn back on the water supply to my washing machine when he left and I kept getting error codes. I called him shortly after he left and left a message regarding it and asked him to call back as not only was there an error code but it wasn’t working period. It’s several months later now and still never got a call back. Thankfully we quickly figured out that he just forgot to turn back on the water . All in all I most likely wouldn’t use them again or recommend them.
