Sprint Store

So I was due for an upgrade and stopped in the new Sprint store in Highland Heights. A girl, Sam waited me on Friday April 4^th. She informed me I couldn’t use my old plan it was no longer available. She told me I HAD to sign up for the new Framily plan. After trying to hang on her every word because she talked so fast I agreed to sign up and got my new phones as they closed and paid $ 100 up front towards the new phones for my wife and I. When I later looked at the contract I realized she charged me full price. When I called I talked to a guy who was at a complete loss. He tried telling me what she told me yet I’m not sure since the two flirted the entire time we was in the store. I called Sprint only to find out my old plan was still available just not to new customers. They changed everything back over and told me to return to the store. When I did Josh was there solo and still completely lost. He has no clue what he is doing. He activated my phone on my new account then held his hand out for more cash, what about the $ 100 I paid before? Well that can only be credited to my account and he now needs $ 200. I tell him the deal is completely off take his phones back and turn mine back on. I called sprint again only to find out the store is to return my money… cash! Sprint is going to look call them and try to straighten things out. Don’t waste your time or money going into this store. Staff is clueless, even Sprint customer service is unhappy with them.
