FedEx Ship Center

I wasn’t at home to refuse a large package due to the condition it arrived at my home so I filled a claim with the company I purchased the item (truck tool box) and they sent me a return label. When I took the box here they wouldn’t ship it due to the condition the box was in !! It was exactly like I received it. Complaining did no good they refused package and told me to go to another Fed Ex… so I guess this Fed Ex is pointless??? More like useless I didn’t damage the package in the first place but now I have to jump through hoops and spend more time and money just to get the item returned. Terrible experience.

Expensive, slow and they manipulate you into paying more like a car dealership.
I ended up paying about $ 50 to ship something small and it’s been 5 days and its still in north Carolina
