This place is listed in the Yellow Pages as having Dish Network so I went in to watch a college football game on Dish. There were several attractive young women working at the bar and I asked them to put on the game I wanted. They all seemed dizzy and confused.
Finally, a masculine looking sixty year old woman in a too tight blue dress that accentuated her prominent belly, with too much makeup that was a shade too orange, with Sharpie style eyeliner and a manly haircut confronted me, demanding to know what game I wanted to see.
I explained to her that I wanted to watch a game on the Pac 12 Network, which is on Dish, and she barked at me, «We only have Dish for NFL.» And then, she walked away and took a shot… behind the bar.
I approached her a few minutes later to explain that since they had Dish, they could get the Pac 12 Network and she demanded, «What? Are you going to pay for the whole season?» After her query, she took another shot.
One of her young minions sitting next to her confused my team with another team and loudly demanded, «What do you want, they killed today.» I tried to explain that the team she was referring to was my team’s rival, but she repeated, «They killed today.» I’m not sure if she couldn’t hear me because she was sitting almost upside down with her feet on the chair beside her or if she couldn’t understand me because she was drunk, but clearly, she wasn’t tracking right.
I didn’t stick around to try the food, I coughed up $ 4.50 for my domestic bottle and moved on, and will not be back. I highly recommend you avoid this place unless you want shitty service from girls that are either drunk, obnoxious, or lack the intelligence to find work elsewhere.

I’ve been here 4 times in my life. I like how the inside looks and the last time I was there the bartender was very, very friendly and she let us choose songs which she played on her iPod since it wasn’t that busy! One time I was there they had Founder’s Centennial IPA on tap, but the other two times they had not one good craft beer option. They carry most of your standard adjunct lagers and macro-​brews. Another plus, you can go to Taco Bell when your tipsy, as it’s just across the parking lot. Hicksville doesn’t have many bars, in fact I can only think of one other off the top of my head, but even when I lived in Hicksville I hardly ever stayed in town. There’s too many great options to wind up here. This bar should be satisfactory for those in walking distance I presume.

Since they remodeled a few years ago, they also extended the bar into the store next door and it was such a good call! I’ll have to add pictures next time but there are tv’s everywhere and great deals on food for Football Sundays. Staff knows you and will hook it up when they can. For a neighborhood bar, I always have a seat and don’t run into any assholes
