On December 19^th 2015 I called the periwinkle and Hicksville because I was looking for a particular you’re probably crossbody bag for my wife for Christmas then I need to answer the phone was very helpful she was took the time out to go look for the product make sure they had it in stock G for me that they did have quite a few different ones I gave her the model number of the device the bag and she was a was looking up for me and put it aside I know during the busy holiday season it’s a little crazy so I’m so glad that she was it will take out of time and I would definitely definitely shop there recommend a location to anybody who’s looking for a good one class services customer service

First time visiting this store. I love the layout and love the fact that they carry many of the popular brands like Alex & Ani and Pandora. This is a great place to find a gift for someone special.
I came here to buy a Pandora charm for my friends birthday. At first I was greeted by a sales lady who seemed a little over eager. I told her I had just got there and then she basically asked if I needed help or wanted to see something in another way. Yes I want to see something, I want to actually look around at what’s in the showcase. Let me browse for a few minutes first please. I don’t really know what I want but I’ll know it when I see it.
The other lady that checked out my purchase was very sweet and did not pressure me in the slightest. I actually approached her once I was ready. They have a new system and ask your name email and other info before making the purchase so that made the checkout process take slightly longer but luckily I was not in a rush. She wrapped by item nicely and even double bagged it and attached a bow. It looked super classy and very presentable.
On my way out I grabbed a Pandora booklet and was thanked by yet another clerk and was wished a nice day. I will definitely come back when I need a gift for a friend.

Worst customer service of my life. I went I there looking to buy a necklace. The girls shaking and could not comprehend I wanted a medium sized chain. I ended up just leaving after 45 minutes. She couldn’t sell a bottle of water in a drought.

We went here to get a bag. There was one style I absolutely loved but wanted it in a different color. There were 5 lady’s and I asked them if they had any in the back. They said no which I thought was weird. They are just lazy. So then I asked a lady named gabby and she said there is a whole selection in the back and to let her know what color bc they for sure had it! Gabby is the only not lazy one and the nicest one there!
