This was a challenging and amazing weight loss program! I lost 50 lbs in 4 months and my friend lost about 40 lbs. We also gained strength, endurance, and confidence during the process. I went from being sedentary and barely able to run a lap without walking in between to running over 7+ laps non-stop(no walking) and barely breaking a sweat! It felt great to achieve and feel that level of fitness. It was hard work but totally worth it. And modification exercises are offered if you can’t do something. James is an outstanding trainer who really cares about his clients. If you have goals you need to reach and want to work closely with staff this is the place to come. Thanks James, you’re the best!
