I had GutterPro install gutter guards in 2005 and they seemed to work fine. In 2008 I resided my house and had to have the gutters replaced. The company said they would reinstall the GutterPro guards and I didn’t have to call GutterPro. However the new gutters were wider and now the guards don’t fit as well resulting in clogging. All I want is for GutterPro to come out, assess the issue and give me an estimate on fixing the problem. When I called GP I had to leave a message. No call back. So I left another message. A couple of days later GP left me a message saying they«didn’t have anyone in the area»(Chicago!), that they would look into getting someone out and they’d let me know. To me this means: don’t hold your breath. In the meantime I had to climb up on a ladder and try to wedge my hand under the guards and pull out as much debris as I could. Not satisfied. I will probably call another company, get an estimate and decide if I want to start all over again. GutterPro, if you read Unilocal reviews, this customer won’t be recommending you. Your product is fine, your guarantee not worth a thing.
