Hair Performers

So here I am again writing a negative review about this place. This time it was a family member who went here to get a hair cut and an ombré color. I warned her not to go here but she decided to take her chances since in was close to her house. She went in with a picture showing them what she wanted and the stylist (Neil) said that he couldn’t get the bottom as light as she wanted but that he could get close, well it was no where near close ! When he was done the top looked like the same color she went in with and the bottom was no where near a pale blonde ! He charged her $ 175.00 for a shitty job! When we called the salon and spoke with Him and the manager (Laurie) they both refused to give a refund so that we could go else where to fix it, they wouldn’t even refund some of the money back. They suggested she go back so they could redo it. Who in their right mind would go back to a salon where they had a bad experience? This salon does not care about their clients satisfaction at all! I do not recommend anyone to take their chances on going here !!! I gave one star only because that’s the only way I could post my comment, but this place deserves none!

Had the worst experience of my life at this place, just like all the businesses before this place it’s gonna go under. I asked for a specific cut and color and yet I got something completely different. I end up with a tiny of orange when I never asked for that. I called back and they wouldn’t redo it. They lie to you, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Never get highlights here! I was so disapppointed and upset, after spending 6 ½ hrs here and having my highlights done twice because they didn’t turn out right the first time, the second time it turned out even worse and my hair turned green, then they had me pay and expected me to come back to try a third time? Are u kidding, did they really think I would let them touch my hair again? Talked to manager Laura about a refund, she said she had to talk to owner and call me back… Still waiting for a call back a week and a half later! So to sum it up I paid $ 125 to have them ruin my hair and had to pay a reputable beautician $ 180 to fix their screw up!!!
