As a new resident of Hickory Hills, it’s nice to see that the local drug stores are able to provide top-​notch service. Very clean and friendly staff.

Very terrible customer service. CONNIE Is the manager and was very rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning back here at all!!! Not to mention there prices are high for everything. Employees are not very helpful and seem like they don’t like there job!

The employees in the pharmacy are impolite and not customers oriented. Asking them a question is like bothering them. I asked them about generic vs name brand drugs and they treated me like a child. stay away and go elsewhere

The worse pharmacy in the area. Rude employees and worse incompetent. I filled my sons prescription and normally he gets 30mg of this particular medication, these fools gave me 75mg and had the pill not been a different color I would not have known. My fault for not double checking, their fault for not double checking what they fill.

I have to love a drug store that is carpeted. I really like carpet. This store just opened a little less than a month ago. I went in here for the first time yesterday. I went their because I am boycotting both local Walgreen’s (due to the fact they never have the sale items i want). And I went away very happy. The store is still new, with carpeting throughout, and all the aisles are very clearly marked, and a wide variety of products, ranging from store brand to major market brands. The prices here on most items were a bit cheaper than Osco. And did I mention they have carpet on the floors? The staff was a little slow though, because it took me ten minutes to check out even though they had three casheirs working, and the line wasn’t even that long. But definetly a refreshing change from the dingy Walgreens down the street.
