I attended this fast food restaurant and felt like asking for my money back but the person taking my order had charged me already. The problem with tonight was that I made a simple mistake with my order and apologized to the person at the window and requested to change my or «please». When I asked that she asked if I want the large fry also I said no just the two combos and the young lady asked again do you want the large fry I said no I just want the combos the way they come. Her response was«all you had to say is no the first Time(with the worst attitude) when I asked you if you wanted the large fry and walked away». I don’t like fast food because If reasons like this and it’s hard for me to spend my money when I’m spoken to with such disrespect.

Wendy’s you made some amazing renovations to your Resturant. With that being said, having ONE woman manning the cash register on a Friday night is silly. Not only was the service painfully slow but she had to man the register AND pack the food. So after every customer she had to pack the meal. If you’re going to renovate your Resturant and make it look awesome, you also need to make sure the register is moving quickly. There is no reason why 6 people should be waiting for over ten minutes because you aren’t putting enough people on the register. The good is great but my experience wasn’t good. It’s fast food for a reason.

I just ordered at the drive thru and the little girl who took my order first yawned into the speaker and then took my order. When I pulled up to the window she tells her coworkers«I know I did it on purpose, it’s this weather» and I obviously know she was talking about the yawn. after she gave me my order, I put it down, I check 5 min later and she gave me a CRISPY chicken instead of GRILLED like I asked. Next time someone answers me with an attitude I will drive off to someplace else and I suggest everyone to do that

I cannot remember a time in which they had 100% accuracy with the order. It’s not like I have a family of 6 with various complex requests; I’m talking about a couple sandwiches, a side or two and perhaps a sauce or dessert. How do you get this wrong? How do you get this wrong consistently? Why did I keep coming back? I wish I knew the answers. Anyways, the food is exactly what you’d expect from a Wendy’s. The only reason people keep coming is that there isn’t another location for several miles.

If i could give a HALF star I would. This is the worst piece of crap fast food restaurant ive been too. The girls were absolutely rude and laughed when she said there were no more sauces at all. Also, the other girl at the register had THE biggest attitude ever. Whoever owns this location should just quit in life because its clearly NOT working out for you buddy. P.S. The«Baconator» was nothing like the picture… they plopped 2 strips of bacon on top of the cheese… not shredded or anything. Jeeze this place is just so horrible.

Overall my only complaint is that they always forget something. My kids like it and my wife loves the salads. Prices are reasonable and this location is clean.

The worst customer service in the history of customer service. They need to put a sign that says The Customer is ALWAYS Wrong! This is based off of multiple visits. On one occasion I went and ordered a new pretzel burger they had when I arrived home. My order was completely wrong. Upset but with no other choice because I was starving I went to eat it; when I take a bite I realized they garnished my sandwich with a nice long hair. I take the sandwich back and ask to speak to the manager and she tells me… Well we encourage customers to check their order before leaving. What!, she then asked to trade the sandwich and I said no I wanted my money back and she responded with«I can’t do that, you already took a bite. OK so I give them another chance I order my food and ask for a Kids meal cheeseburger add bacon and a Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich combo; realizing I didn’t want cheese I quickly say wait please make it a spicy chicken instead add bacon. The girl over the intercom tells me I would have to change the order just stay with the asiago ranch, I said no that’s not what I want and she goes on to tell me that it will cost me more and plus when you add bacon it only comes with two pieces versus the 3, that comes with the asiago ranch. I stay with my choice of the spicy chicken add bacon and when I get to the window the male cashier tells the female order taker; well just make her wait and we will hold up the whole line; in my face! When I see my receipt they charged me for Adding bacon and it says next to it 3pcs yet my sandwiches only had 2 PCs and once again a hair.

I’m not a fast food person at all in any means. I’m actually not a chain restaurant person period. Lol. I only go to Wendy’s because of all the fast food chain places out there, they have the«healthier» alternative to their menu selection. The place is around the from my house and since I work from home, whenever I want a quick grilled chicken sandwich they’re a great go-to. For this visit, I grabbed my dog and put him in the passenger seat and took him with me. I ordered their grilled chicken sandwich and four piece chicken nugget for my cute little furry passenger. My order was taken clear and concisely, i paid and was asked to pull forward because they were making my sandwich. I honestly didn’t mind because I knew it would be fresh. I didn’t even wait 5 minutes and I got my food. Yogi loved his nuggets and my sandwich was fresh and hot and tasted amazing. Maybe because I eat very healthy everyday, this sandwich was like eating a Big Mac and tasted soooo good. I enjoyed every bite of it. No complaints here.

I got sick! I came to this Wendy’s for the 1st time since it was remolded. My burger bun was at least weeks old. Super hard bun!!! I then started feeling bubbly in my stomach and ended up throwing up! I will be contacting Wendy’s directly!!!

I love Wendy’s, I actually like there sandwiches 10X over then McDonalds. The problem with this location is the wait time for food off the drive thru. Restaurant was recently renovated and it looks great but a Hyundai looks good but there’s a reason they have a 10 year warranty because they’re bound to breakdown. I have always been compassionate when it comes to fast food locations due to the fact that I worked fast food throughout high school and while in college. The drive-through is not rocket science it’s all about consistency, you need your people in the kitchen to deliver, your order taker to be accurate and a good listener and you need your server at the window to deliver the food and drinks accurately and provide good hospitality and customer service. I know what a breakdown in that chain can cause one wrong order and it can back up your drive through several minutes or if you’re waiting for food to come off the grill or to come off the oil it could slow you down and cause delays. There always seems to be a breakdown in this Wendy’s, expect long lines in the drive-through. However the dining experience in the inside it’s not bad at all. Hospitality and customer service needs improvement the one thing I can’t get over is the last two times that I have gone there which have been both today they have told me to have my money ready at the window, who does that? That’s a big no-no you’re always taught to provide hospitality tell the customer thank you for coming, ask them if they need anything else or promote a new item. Never tell them that they are wrong never argue with them and don’t tell them to have their money ready at the window. That would be a deduction if a mystery shopper were to come and audit the restaurant.

Since the renovation, I’ve been there twice, and twice they have screwed up my order, the first time not only did they give me the wrong order, but it took them such a long time to deliver my order, it was like been in anything else but a fastfood place. Seems that not only did this place change it’s looks, but decided to hire incompetent people as well. I’m never coming back again.

It’s always fresh when I go. Just had the pretzel bacon cheese burger and it actually tasted so good!!! It tasted a little upscale for Wendy’s. Definitely something I will get again and I am a picky eater. Love their fries!!! Definitely my choice before burger king and mcdonalds.
