This company was the only one of several I contacted to promptly respond to my request for an estimate on the cost of putting accordion shutters on our warehouse. The rep. (Rolle) came by and did the measurements and clearly explained what options I had. He was pleasant and not at all pushy regarding my decision to work with his company. I received the estimate later that day which detailed the project and cost. Later I spoke with Mary at the office who was very helpful and pleasant. Later the shutters were installed with little fuss and done very efficiently — clearly the guy was very experienced and was able to make some adjustments in order to fit the shutters on to one of the more problematic openings. The final job was excellent! By the way, it was done on the scheduled day and time which is not always the case with some construction projects!

Matt, the salesperson, is terrific, but everyone else was your typical Miami/​Hialeah laborer. I’ve learned through this and other experiences that even though I speak Spanish, I’d rather have native English speakers do work in my house so that there are no communication issues (and they are also more likely to be on time).
