Very Nice place to eat, open 24 hours. Fast service.

Have been to this location a couple of times and there has not been any improvement. It has gotten WORSE! The employees go outside socialize with their friends come back and socialize amongst themselves. There’s no respect for the clients! The last time we were there no one came to take our drink order for 25 minutes and the restaurant was empty! And when you do get your food it’s frozen cold! Do yourself a favor and head to the Westland Mall Ihop where they actually have a manager. This place seems abandoned by the staff.

I really do not like this place. The service is SO slow. The food quality has gone down. I think they only have one server in the entire place. Not wasting my money and time here again!

Although out waitress was nice… This place doesn’t seem to have any sense of urgency. As i’m writing this review, it has now been an hour since i got here and no food has made it my way… Oh! They just came! So, it took an hour to get my food and they are all cold… Looks like they have been sitting out there and nobody bothered to bring it. On top of this, one of my dishes is supposed to have avocado on top, and they missed it, the waitress said she’ll bring it, but judging by how she is taking care of the rest of the tables she will forget that too. I’m generally used to IHOP in general anywhere take long for you to order and get food but an hour!!! And the place is no longer even full. Hialeah’s IHOP in westland mall is probably better than this one… Very sorry to have spent money here. And since there is no manager visible i haven’t been able to even speak to them.

I actually had a pretty decent brunch here this last Sunday! Since I had to stop by the office, I couldn’t go to any of the hip brunch spots east and this is what came up for casual brunch in the hood. I was seated fairly quickly. The restaurant was packed and inside have to wait a bit to be served, but once I did, my waitress Dhelceita was friendly and on point with refills and service in general.
I was hungry, so I ordered both Chicken and Waffles, as well as their 3-​cheese & chicken quesadilla. The chicken and waffles is served with both a honey mustard and butter. My food OCD says mustard is bad, so I opted for the blueberry and strawberry syrups on the table. The chicken wasn’t just breading and tasted pretty fresh. The waffles could have been a little warmer though. My quesadilla tortilla was lightly crispy toasted and was fairly packed with chicken, gooey cheese and veggies. Not a bad meal to start my Sunday!

Came here and it took a while to get our food. Why? There was an argument in the kitchen we could hear and one of the cooks walked out. The other team members seemed like they cared more about the drama unfolding even after he had left than making sure their guests were taken care of. By the way, if you check the bad reviews you’ll notice most of the negative comments come at night, during the day I’ve never had a problem. I won’t be returning for a late bite ever again.

DONT come here. We gave the bad reviews the benefit of the doubt. We waited over an hour for our food, and 3 parties that came after us got their food first. We walked out. Hungry…

Signs all over that this place is 24 hours. And the place is closed at 2:45am horrible. I’m craving it

I come here approximately 2 – 3 times per week. The staff is friendly and hard working. I always come in the morning so I have only had breakfast with pancakes. Today I had 3 eggs (over easy), 4 pieces of bacon, and 3 buttermilk pancakes. Everything was perfect except this was the second time my pancakes came out a little bit over cooked on one side.

Yo I have never seen such bad employee behavior they play around like they are out on the streets me and my chick waited 20 min b4 somebody came to help us and the guy that came was a complete airhead playing around with other employees and having people coming in off the street in plain clothes going into the back of the house there is no respect for the establishment from any of the employees I can’t believe that there is no authority figure here to keep this in check

Good enough, not health, but taste is good :) always finish my plate. Staff is always nice and friendly, it’s nothing fancy but if you want something safe and don’t want to spend a lot this is a nice place to pay a visit. Best for late breakfast early lunch.

I’ve always wanted to do a review on this place and how good it is but this place SUCKS now. I never want to go back there. It’s amazing late at night we got to know the night crew cause my boyfriend and I would always come by. But the managers there are incompetent, benign, belligerent people I will be call corporate on them. The way they treat their employee and especially the night crew should get reported. There’s a reason why the night crew employees all started to leave and I don’t blame them. During the day when the managers are there they are just surfing the web and I’ve seen them doing it. They don’t do anything except sit in the back. I was a supervisor in the food industry and I’ve never seen my manger nor have I ever done that. On top of how horribly backwards this establishment is run. The food is horrible durning the day. Just yesterday I went and got the crêpe combo which I had to repeat the order to the waitress 4 times and she still got so many things wrong. They had no strawberries for the combo they could’ve told me. I asked for my eggs country style scramble and she have them to me sunny side up and then came back with cold scrambled eggs I didn’t eat at all. I use to love this place but now I don’t even want to go there anymore And it’s all because of how they run the establishment now and how ass backwards this place is. I’m disappointed. Thanks managers for returning this place to crap.

The service here was completely hopeless. I had no idea IHOPs could be so substandard. The waitress had a blank expression on her face and did not even ask if we needed anything to drink after we placed the order. The utensils she provided were greasy and unwashed. We waited for the waitress to come back to get us new utensils and when she did not show up for a while, I had get it for our table myself. If you ever go here, I would advice taking you own utensils if you want to eat with clean ones.

Excellent IHOP! Extra clean, service is fast and friendly. Food quality is great. Everything is in order. The food arrived fast and all was well prepared. For a sunday morning we didn’t have to wait to get a table. Totally recommended!

Came here at 1am and were told they are delayed because they have 1 server and 1 cook. Never had this issue at Denny’s .
IHOP needs to get their crap straight.

Don’t waste your time or money eating here! Their service is horrible. My brother and I ate there recently for breakfast and the waiter forgot to check on our food. He was too busy talking to other servers and not doing his job! We had to remind him. When our food arrived it was cold. Yuck! Needless to say, we did not leave a tip. We will never go there again!

It’s IHOP! A good quick weekday lunch stop but no big deal!
Whole wheat pancakes and turkey bacon meal was good. The pumpkin pancakes are also very good. Service is a bit slow at this IHOP, hello hialeah!

This IHOP is slacking.
Orders came out wrong out of the kitchen. Water was only served in small glasses to encourage purchasing an additional beverage. My «strawberry» pancakes only had two small berries on them.
This place just needs to give a bit more effort. Unfortunately, breakfast here was lackluster.
