The technician came out and fixed the issue. After they fixed it the first time the issue persisted. I called the company back, expecting them to not believe me. They didn’t question the issue and came out again to inspect. The guy ended up coming a third time to check in, just to see if the issue continued after the second repair. Very nice of them to care about my issue personally.
