Cocoa Beanery

This is a good place to grab breakfast and go. The Hershey Chocolate and Caramel latte was good. But you have to toast your own bagel and put cream cheese on it! Kind of inconvenient when you have to juggle a baby, too.

Cocoa Beanery has coffee, pastries/​muffins, and egg sandwiches. Eggs are not cooked to order,

The Coco Beanery is located inside of the Hershey Lodge. We stopped in on Sunday morning for a much needed cup of caffeine before hitting the town. It’s located on the first floor near the front lobby and is connected to the gift shop.
My plan was to get coffee but once I saw that they offered Italian Soda’s, I blew off my coffee craving and opted for a Chocolate Italian Soda — when in Rome! It was perfect and not sugary sweet.
My friends ended up with a Chocolate Chai and a Frozen Hot Chocolate. The woman behind the counter had heard me and one of my friends talking about wanting to try the frozen hot chocolate, so when she had to make one she made enough to offer Illysa and me a sample of it. Delicious.
As mentioned in other reviews, the service here is a bit slow. I noticed the woman making the first two drinks going back and forth between the front counter and the kitchen holding our cups, a few different times, but I think she was new.
I wish they were open for nighttime hours as those coffee cravings can hit after 2pm… but I can imagine that not everyone enjoys a caffeine at night as I do.
Super clean sugar/​creamer area.
