I am amazed at the lack of customer service displayed by Dr J T Davis nurse. I scheduled surgery for a certain day, they call and give me one day notice on an outpatient surgery and tell me if I don’t have it today, it will be two months. My wife cannot reschedule her days off to be be there. And the nurse questions, why my wife has to be there. Really? Then I never hear from them again. They were supposed to get me an appointment elsewhere and just abandoned me. Even after numerous attempts to contact them. They only want your money and don’t care about patients. I will never be back.
