I’ve been here twice now, able to take advantage of the Unilocal deal($ 80 for hour long Thai traditional massage with deep pressure). Both times I left feeling like a completely different person. Now, this is not a «relaxing» type of massage IMO, but it gets to the root of all your aches and pains, even if that means deep-diving into your joints and being pushed and pulled around like a puppet. My body felt so stretched and rejuvenated afterwards that any pain I experienced during the massage was worth it. I would recommend not coming here if you have just gone hiking for a good stretch of time beforehand, as I made the mistake of doing. My pain was just more acute than it would have been had I been laying around on the couch watching Netflix(motivation to do nothing? :)). But in all seriousness, the massage therapists are very thorough, communicative of any issues going on in your body, and ultimately give excellent massages, which can be tailored to your personal preferences.

I went here on a whim and I am so glad I did! This place is perfect. It’s cheap, clean, and seriously therapeutic. After a 90 min traditional Thai massage I can conquer the world(at least until my next appointment).

Great great massage. I signed up for the Thai yoga massage. As a bigger with little flexibility i gave this a try to help improve. It was awesome. June did a great job and despite our size differences was able to give me a good stretch. I felt markedly improved afterward. Highly recommend. I didn’t realize just how tight everything was. My hips especially.

I’ve been going to Thai Healing House for about seven months and I am addicted! All of the massage therapists are WONDERFUL! They are kind, caring, skilled therapists who really care about helping their clients feel better. I have had the traditional Thai massage and the table massage and both are exceptional. The rooms and linen are very clean too. I really love Thai Healing House and always recommend it to friends and co-workers.

I get monthly western massages so when I saw this on Living Social I figured I would give it a try. The massage itself was good, so I understand why others are giving it four stars. I can’t, however, solely due to the administrative staff. I used my Living Social deal a day late. My fault, so I expected to pay the difference between the«discount» price($ 55) and the«promotional» price($ 80). Instead the receptionist insists that the promotional value is $ 115. Even after I show her on the voucher she essentially tells me I’m lying. After arguing with me they offered to lower it to $ 90. At this point I wasn’t going to argue over $ 10 and just said fine. It is an excellent example of being penny wise and pound foolish, however, as I won’t be back. I get a massage to release stress not get more. On top of it all, I got an e-mail reminder for my massage… after I left it. Simply horrible.

I have the tightest upper back muscles, and Lily worked them out! You know how sometimes masseurs will ask where your problem areas are, but then they don’t seem to focus on them? Not the case here! Lily was super nice and even at the end of the massage showed me some daily stretching exercises that would help me. All the staff are really nice. Once you are a customer, they send you emails with special offers and discounts. Try the standard thai massage(think passive yoga stretches combined with shiatsu while fully clothed).

Hot stone massage was great. Small, quaint office… very quiet inside which is nice… my massage therapist was great and i look forward to trying the thai massage next time!

I love all things Thai. Thai food, Thai gold, Thai movies. So of course I love Thai massages! Thanks to Groupon I had the pleasure of a 60 minute Thai traditional massage and Thai Foot Reflexology. For newbies informational purposes, Thai massages are involve a blend of assisted stretching, deep tissue and Swedish massage modalities. Customers are fully clothed and given Thai traditional loose pants to wear as well. The massage session begins at the feet to enhance blood circulation during the session. Eventually the massage therapists works up towards the head. At times you will be encouraged to turn over from your back, front, side(both left and right) and then sitting position as every part of your body is worked on. The therapists will not only utilize her hands during the session but also knees, elbows, and arms. For example during one particular modality, I held my therapists’ hands and arms while she used her weight and knees to fully stretch out my back. Trust me, it is not as painful as described. The foot reflexology was not too strenuous. During this modality the massage therapist massaged my feet at various reflex points and using herbal lotion to soothe any pain and release blocked energy to improve my circulation, lymphatic and stimulate internal organs. Best of all, I dosed on and off during the reflexology! Once the session was complete I was offered tea or water. I gladly accepted tea to further help my body stave off illness with antioxidants. Overall I would definitely come back for another Thai massage at Thai Healing House. The staff was friendly. My therapist, Kwan, was joyful and easy to talk to which helped ease the comfort process during the massage. Their location is in a office building and accessible using stairs to walk up to the second floor.

I love this place! I first heard about Thai massage from a neighbor. He said it was the perfect balance between massage and stretching. Exactly what I was looking for. If you have especially sore areas or muscles this is for you. While it’s relaxing, it’s not a traditional massage. In Thai massage, the masseuse uses their hands, feet, and sometimes their whole body to massage the muscles and stretch you. They really know anatomy and know how to work out kinks or especially tight or painful areas. I bought a groupon and was so impressed, I keep coming back! I see Kwan and like Tukta she is petite, but she has strong hands and finds all the tight muscles and trigger points. I highly recommend this business!

I’ve had plenty of massages my day, I’m what you call a «massage ho». Western massages are good, but if you want a different type of massage, try Eastern Massage. I recommend trying a thai massage. If you’ve never had a Thai Massage or have had one but can’t find the right place… you dont need to look any further. Tukta has a petite frame, but DONOT let that fool you! She knows exactly how to work my body to get all the knots out. My upper back was so tense it felt like a rock. When Tukta was done with my 2 hours massage, I didnt feel a single ounce of tension in my back any more. I cannot wait for my next appt!

I love this place! I spend my summers training Muay Thai in Thailand and have had hundreds of Thai massages over the years. Tukta has great attention to detail. She finds the spots you are tight or out of balance and concentrates on those spot until it is corrected. Other places don’t even notice your problem areas. Thai Healing House is every bit as good as the best places in Thailand.
