One of my preferred lunch spots in the area. I work in Reston so it’s a bit of a drive from my office, but definitely worth the trip! Highly recommend going early during lunch time, seeing as there’s a rush. In spite of the high foot traffic, there’s a ton of seating and I usually don’t have to wait, or if I do not very long for a table of 4. I typically only come here for lunches, but I have brought family members and it is good for the price. I always order the Phở Tai, with the meat raw. I frequent this establishment so often that some of the waiters remember my order. They are very accommodating and quick given the size of the restaurant and the number of waiters. I really love the broth here its flavorful and not too heavy or watered down. Their sate sauce isn’t bad, but it’s definitely heavier on the lemongrass than the chili flakes. The noodles are sometimes hard but it’s only on rare occasions. Given the volume of customers, their food is consistent and authentic. Their drinks are also spot on, the iced coffee or the thai tea is very good. My only recommendation is that you do not order appetizers during the lunch rush. For whatever reason, it takes significantly longer for your entrée to come out if you order an appetizer. They have a lunch special for a spring roll, a bowl of phở and a drink [soda] which is decently priced. I’ve also had their vermicelli bowls as well which is also very good. A little heavy on the vermicelli noodles and cucumbers, but filling. Definitely worth the drive if you want a quick and delicious meal.

Having eaten at seven corners, Alexandria. I have a very high expectations of Phở and Banh Mi. Super Phở has this ambiance resembling many other authentic viet restaurants. No bells and whistles, no fancy wall paints just plain and clean business. They make good(adding mushrooms would be good) and very savory Phở! go try it

Can’t go wrong here. Great food, reasonable prices and the best part, they played rebelution(a reggae band) the entire time we were there which was awesome

We have been coming here since opening. Good service and prices. Airy and friendly setting. Just wish that they would turn the music volume DOWN — way too loud and distracting.

Expensive comparing to other Vietnamese restaurant. Went there for lunch combo. At this place that lunch combo costed 4 more dollars with a small spring roll and one can of soda. When we ordered it the waiter showed us the price of $ 9.95 but when we were paying for it the price turned to $ 13.55 on receipt.

Quite tasty and savory phở, in a size that’s the biggest I’ve had. As others have noted, there is a side of pepper flakes, lemongrass and garlic(as they explained to me), which I’ve never had before in another phở place, and is excellent. Probably that alone would bring me back. The only knock against them is that the time we went, service was slow, both taking the order and bringing out the soup.

Hands down my favorite phở spot. Little pricey for phở, but we’ll worth it. Restaurant is clean, friendly staff, and they take card. My other favorite phở spots so you know my taste in phở: phở sate, phorever, phở 50, sprig and sprout

I drive from Ashburn passed all the other Phở spots when I want a great hearty bowl of Phở or my new favorite Curry Chicken or Grilled Chicken. The bowls are HUGEEEEEEEEE and the Broth is soo savory. I love this place and this place loves me.

Great phở. I come here once or twice a week. What makes the difference from other phở places is the great Basil, broth, and peppers aroma that comes out of the bowl.

Somehow despite being called Super Phở, I always find myself ordering the bun aka the dry phở. Ive had some of the phở before which I thought was great, but i just love bun! The plainness of the vermicelli with the sweetness of the pickled carrots and fish sauce along with the savoriness of the meat and spring rolls just makes one one incredible bite. The price is a bit more expensive, an extra dollar or two for most dishes, but I think the quality and portion more than justifies it. They also have the spicy flakes for your phở to give it a little something extra! Huge portions, a little more expensive than the average phở place, but the food is amazing! Well worth the trip here!

My favorite phở spot in NoVA. To give you some other context I like phoever, phở 50 and phở sate but Super Phở beats them all! Super Phở is clean, good service, big portions and they take credit cards. They also give you special flaky sauce with your phở which is a great bonus. It isssss a little on the pricey side for phở but worth it. Try it, love it and thank me later.

This restaurant is the only phở place that provides the mystery spicy flakes that makes your food so good! Price has been getting expensive though so we stopped coming here for lunch. But still, the best phở in the area!

Super Phở is my favorite phở restaurant in the DMV area so far. The phở is so flavorful and the portion sizes are big. I may be a small person, but don’t underestimate how much phở I can eat! I’m happy to say that a regular phở here fills me. Plus I love the sate that they bring out with your phở. My family always order an appetizer at phở restaurants. We got goi cuon(or summer rolls), which comes with two rolls. I like how they give you two bowls of peanut sauce instead of one like a lot of places because 1. We love our peanut sauce 2. I like to add hot sauce to mine while my brother doesn’t. The rolls are a decent size and always taste so refreshing. My dad decided to try a new dish: bun cha gio(vermicelli with egg rolls). This is one of our favorite Viet dishes so I think he had higher expectations. He said he was disappointed as it lacked flavor. I tried an egg roll slice and thought it tasted fine, but the noodles did need more fish sauce. Regardless of that, we usually come here for the phở. I guess we know now to not steer away from it!

This was great phở. I walked a mile and a half from the Hilton in 26 degree weather. It was worth the walk. Excellent flavor. I had the chicken phở on the lunch special. This was the first Vietnamese restaurant that asked me if I wanted light or dark meat in my phở. I went with dark since most places serve light. It was soooo tasty.

TL;DR — Good phở, not great. Sate oil/sauce makes it great. A little pricey though. Rolling with a large group in Herndon? Go to Super Phở. They have a very spacious interior and menu with phở, vermicelli bowl, and rice platter options. I think the phở tastes good but I always add the sate oil/sauce to the soup. Some people say that’s a bit sacrilegious but I think the smokey taste is a great way to enhance the soup. I wish Super Phở was cheaper. The prices are noticeably steeper than the alternatives. But nevertheless, I still visit here on occasion. No bun bo hue here though. Oh yeah, the fried rice is great too.

I’ve only been here twice, but unless it’s just coincidence that both visits were consistently average, I would give Super Phở 3.5 stars – redeemed by the customer service. The service was attentive & friendly, and the design inside with black mount shelves and designs on the far wall were nice. It’s fairly spacious inside. The food itself – I got Phở Tai, a Thai iced tea, and shrimp summer rolls. The noodles were kind of undercooked and al dente. The broth portions are about right for the price(which is at least about a dollar more than other phở places I frequent), but the noodle portions were small. The Thai iced tea was more milk/cream heavy than I like, but that’s just preference; I like more concentrations of tea and more saccharine/sugar water and less milk/cream. The summer rolls were fine, but they really skimped on the sauce. They gave me about 2 tbsp worth, which isn’t enough for me personally – I use more than that on just one roll! They also have their own sate sauce. It’s a bit too toasty/burnt-tasting for my preference. They have a combo option for phở + one spring or summer roll + soda for $ 12.99, which I think is somewhat expensive even for a combo option(unless they mean one whole order of rolls, but the wording makes it seem like literally just one roll). My Thai iced tea was $ 4.75, which I also think is kind of overpriced. All in all, food was average(if that), prices were slightly higher than average, and customer service was pretty good.

I’m not sure how this restaurant was able to receive 4 stars. To begin with their main dish which is phở I see nothing special about it. Most important part of phở would be soup in my opinion, and it’s bad here. real bad. bland. I had to dump a pound of fish sauce. it seemed as if they served hot water with beef in it. never again. Saigon phở in Reston is much better.

I love this place. It’s my new go to for Vietnamese in the area. I’ve gone here several times and have had their phở, vermicelli noodles and summer rolls. My husband has had their beef and rice dish and all of it was flavorful! They have pretty good lunch specials and service was good. If you order takeout on rainy days or during lunch times, be prepared for a long ass wait in line! For some reason, everyone and their brother mother sister craves phở during rainy days :)

I’ve heard great reviews about this place and was recommended to try it out. As I walked in my boyfriend and I were seated right away. The restaurant is pretty spacious so don’t worry about crowds. It’s also clean and bright. My boyfriend and I decided to explore the menu beyond phở. We started with fresh spring rolls. It came out quick. It was eh. Basically, it was cold and chewy. Tasted as if it was made yesterday. Next I ordered spicy beef stew and he ordered the lemon chicken vermicelli. The stew wasn’t what I expected. I thought the broth would be bit more flavored and would come with french bread(according to friends). Womp womp, I was wrong. Instead it was served with vermicelli, the broth was watery and the beef was mainly fat. In the end, I still ate it but didn’t hit the spot. Sad face here. The lemon chicken according to my boyfriend, was okay. It was light and the chicken reminded him of Mongolian Grill. The portion was decent. He wouldn’t get it again because of the portion and price. Overall, the menu prices are a bit higher compare to other places. This place gives smaller portions and uses less ingredients. I would not get the same dish. I wouldn’t mind driving to Eden Center for a good vietnamese entrée. However, we will come back to give their phở a try.

**3.5 Stars** Not the best phở I’ve ever had, but it certainly wasn’t bad. The broth was pretty clean and tasty, not watered down. I ordered my typical order of phở: eye-round steak with meatballs – the meatballs were delicious! I also liked that the meat was cut up into smaller portions. Additionally, the noodle/meat to broth ratio was pretty generous. They provided sate sauce on the side but I kid you not, that joint was like pea-sized so we had to ask for more. It had a good amount of heat and was tasty, but not the best sate I’ve had. The bowl sizes are pretty standard, but pricing is a tad bit higher than most phở restaurants. The inside is clean and spacious, lots of seating available and the food came out in a timely manner. Probably wouldn’t be my go-to spot for phở but if I was ever in the area again, I wouldn’t mind giving it another try!
