I had received a call from one of the Reps at this location stating that I was eligible for an Upgrade, a couple of days later I went to check it out, I was greeted by 2 friendly Reps as soon as I walked in and by another when he was done with a costumer
To get down to it, they were very professional and knowledgeable, I got new phone and a plan that trumps my previous plan, I also got 2 accessories thrown in and I paid nothing that day and there were no hidden or additional charges once I got my 1st bill under the new plan.

HORRIBLE…
Best way to describe this place. I have been with Sprint for many years and have yet to find such bad service and lack of professionalism. These guys don’t care about helping a customer but only care about selling phones. They ignored me and others and no little about the phones they sell. We over heard the manager talking about how they need to focus on «buybacks» to improve their store ranking.
Go elsewhere if you want to havre average service. This place is bad and I’m ashamed to be a shareholder here.
